OraWellness Starter Kit

I am sooooooo glad that I took the plunge and ordered this! First of all, the toothbrush looks kind of below average, but it's one of the best toothbrushes I've ever used - it is soft, yet really gets into the crevasses of your teeth. I did some research, and it turns out fewer bristles widely spaced are actually better for cleaning, so the luxe brushes I'm used to, might look nice, but don't clean nearly as well as this simple brush. That said, I wish the handle was longer.Now, onto the HealThyMouth - OMG best product ever!! Seriously, after using this at night, I don't even need to brush my teeth in the morning. I do, of course, but I don't wake up with morning breath at all. In the morning, I just add a drop of it to my toothpaste and brush as usual. At night, after brushing, I add a few drops of HealThyMouth to about a quarter cup of water and swish it for about a minute. The teeth sensitivity has completely disappeared using this. I'm annoyed with myself for not using this sooner - my gums would be in better shape if I had!

I have to admit, I was skeptical of this product and even bought fluoride-free toothpaste as a backup. I was seeking a solution to my sore and receding gums and when I found out regular toothpaste is filled with skin irritants like sodium lauryl sulfate, I turned to products as far from toothpaste as possible.I chose OraWellness HealThy Mouth Blend because it is one of the more inexpensive brands of essential oil brushing formulas but still uses high quality organic oils. I've been using the oil blend and the Bass toothbrush for a month now and it has changed my perspective on oral care. I brush twice daily with 2 drops of the oil blend and floss at night. When I have occasional bad breath, I use the tongue scraper and the bad breath is gone. It took a few days to get used to the taste (cinnamon oil is not my favorite flavor) and a couple weeks before I saw the speed of tartar formation decrease! I only know this because I get lazy on occasional weekends and don't brush at all. Although my receded gums haven't bounced back yet, I'm going to use the oil until it runs out. After a month, I've only used about 1/3 of the bottle so it will last me another 2 months. Also, my gum irritation vanished which I believe is due to the soft bristles of the brush. I will be buying the Bass toothbrushes for life.

While I don't use their tongue scraper (love my spoon), I really like their oil blend. It is refreshing and effective against germs and plaque without using chemicals common in commercial products that can harm you. I especially appreciated the small, round cardboard box that the oil arrived in. Essential oils are sensitive to light, and this box protects the oils so that you can leave the Orawellness oil on the bathroom counter without worry that it will lose its effectiveness.More than that, the people at Orawellness have an incredible wealth of information to share on dental health, and I encourage everyone to spend time on their site, enjoy their free dental health course and articles. I found them to be very responsive to questions and comments, as well. Honestly, you don't know what you don't know until you have spend time reading their articles. You have far more influence on your teeth than you realize.

Loved the tongue scraper - you think using your toothbrush to clean your tongue is good enough until you use the scraper. Yuck! The essential oils in the Heal Thy Mouth blend is really nice, too.

Great Kit. The little bottle of organic solution is quite spicy. The tongue scraper works really well. The toothbrush looks cheap but it cleans teeth well. Overall I like it - I think a little overpriced though.

Essential oils for mouth care really works, and their tooth brush is designed to get in just under the gum line to get at bacteria. I t works for me.

I have been using 3 weeks and I think it helps gums but had more stain on teeth per dentist since I stopping using electric tooth brush.I went back to electric tooth brush.we'll see how it goes with next dental check up.

This product works well and actually has a pleasant taste. Leaves your mouth feeling clean. I will be re-ordering this.
