Nice luggage
The media could not be loaded. Nice luggage and you get 3 pieces for the price. I like the security zipper feature also the extra durable plastic wrap that fits perfectly on each suitcase to protect from wear and tear from the airlines handling

Subpar wheels and nonexistent service
Wheel broke off. Zero customer service to help getting a new one.

You get what you pay for
The largest suitcase came damaged. The box itself was severely damaged but I received the second to last set. I couldn’t return just one and all of the other suitcases were fine. The largest suitcase is still usable, just dented. These do scratch easily, and the airport likes to grab the decorative straps that are not designed to hold the weight of the suitcase! I have some namebrand suitcases that cost as much as the entire set so you do get what you pay for. This collection was also used in Grey’s Anatomy by Amelia Shepherd so that’s also pretty cool.
