The body need the eight B vitamins for almost every process. They are also necessary for the development, growth, and general health of cells. The Vitamin B Complex from Vruksha Vitals is outstanding! Since taking this vitamin, my energy levels and general wellbeing have significantly increased. I should never have bought this product. There are four types of vitamin B 12. And CYANOCOBALAMIN is the one not recommended by doctors. I don’t know why they use this???? Cyanoco IS CYANIDE! It can build up in your body! Methylcobalamin is the type of vitamin B 12 best absorbed by the body, especially for vegetarian as it can come from plant sources. CYANOCOBALAMIN IS SYNTHETIC!

Worth every penny
Writing review after consuming all the pills. My husband used this product... It worked really well for him in improving his knuckles(were hard and brownish earlier)... But know healed completely.
