this product is a 5 star as I like the quality,looks,comfort,smell, weight and how it is eco friendly. Although they are great things it is about pricey but worth the money, the quality is good and didn’t take long to arrive it comes in a clear bag you can fold up after use.There is a variation of colours for your bedding but all the same comfort for your small animal. It exhorts most off the smell and urine that goes on to it and lasts me up to one-two weeks. My hamster loves to borrow and play around in the bedding as it is light! Also u get 3x as much bedding then it shows up in the packaging as it expands to triple the size to help store your bedding in a room warm area.Worth the money

The bedding is very absorbent, it holds burrow very well and my hamster feels very comfortable in the bedding.The only downside of this bedding was that I kept finding little pieces of stuff that shouldn’t belong in the bedding, so I kept having to pick things out of it.Another issue I had is that it’s quite dusty and it goes around. So I kept dusting with a micro fibre cloth my hamsters enclosure hideouts etc.The size is quite big. For a 100 x 50 x 50 tank. Two of these filled up to like 18cm? So I think 2 and a half would make it great to fill up!It doesn’t make the cage smell bad for me personally if you spot clean regularly and it’s easy to see where the hamster peed due to the white colour of the bedding having discoloured yellow parts that are soiled.I do recommend the bedding overall if you don’t mind the two downsides but if you have asthma I wouldn’t recommend it at all due to the dusty side of it.

It's the only bedding I will use for my hedgehog. It has no scent and is nice and soft.

this is the only bedding i use for my hamsters cageit's soft & holds burrows well. sometimes though it can be dusty & sometimes it's not 🤷🏻‍♀️it's pretty expensive i can do 2 cages spot cleaning with it & the bag lasts over a month so it's worth the money 🐹

I love the white colour , it’s soft and absorbs odours. I only buy this product . Have tried others and they don’t equal the same quality .

It's never hurt my hamster but something worrisome is that I did notice the odd scrap of plastic in this bedding. I've only found 2 or 3 pieces to date, and my hamster is just fine, but I know that hamsters swallowing plastic can potentially be a big issue so if this is a concern of yours then please AVOID...... even as I'm writing this review I'm thinking about lowering my score and switching brands because the bedding is quite dusty as well and makes my nose ticklish when i'm cleaning the cage. My hamster doesn't show any sign of sniffing or sneezing in the cage, otherwise I would stop using it of course. I'm hoping it's just because her nostrils are too tiny for the particles to get in. The main benefit of white Kaytee is that it is much easier to see where the bedding has been peed on so you know where to spot clean if you have issues with being able to 'smell it out'. I still don't think it's a horrible option considering that the bar for hamster bedding is so low in general; it holds tunnels really well and my hamster loves digging in it. Just wish there was better quality control for the price.

A lot of material for a good price. Our hamster seems to like this very much.
