Addicting, and it can’t be the caffeine
This tastes good, real good. Best cold brew I’ve had, caffeinated or not. When you start to do the math, it’s still cheaper than a daily Starbucks but it will suddenly make you a Millennial who can’t save up for a house.

It's... okay EDIT!!
EDIT 07/29/22 I should have wrote this edit sooner, as the company contacted me 2 days after posting my review. They were very apologetic that my husband and I didn't *love* the cold brew and without hesitation, gave us a full refund of our money. I mean wow! What amazing customer service. The fact that they went above and beyond like this is amazing, I feel very few companies have this great of customer service. I hope no one takes advantage of the company this way, but I really hope that someone reads this and at least tries their cold brew. It may not be *for my taste*, but there are obviously a lot of 5 star reviews that say other people obviously really like their cold brew.Honestly, I was so excited to get this in. Cold brew on tap? I mean seriously, who wouldn't love that? With that being said, unfortunately, it didn't meet expectations. This thing is FORTY DOLLARS. I mean, that's A LOT of money for coffee. Yes it's on tap, but honestly when received the package, both my husband and I said "that's it?" Also, this coffee is fairly bitter. So bitter, it's got like that sour after taste. Not sure if ice is supposed to kinda offset the bitterness when it melts, but it's almost undrinkable to be honest, even after dousing it with creamer to try to help the bitterness. The convenience is there, but I definitely won't be ordering this again unfortunately. FORTY DOLLARS. Sorry, had to re-state that, so much money :(

The coffee is great
The coffee is really good, but the packaging by Amazon or whoever packed it for shipping, did a lousy job. The box was almost completely destroyed. All the seams were open on the box and the inner plastic bag that holds the coffee was hanging out in the box it was shipped in. They shipped it with other boxes and a skimpy piece of brown packing paper, which did absolutely nothing to protect that box or the other boxes that were inside the larger amazon box. They really should be more careful when packing these types of items.

Disgusting - Most Bitter Coffee I’ve ever had
I wouldn’t say I’m a coffee connoisseur but I like a smooth, mellow medium or light roast coffee. This is as far from that as you can imagine. Terrible bitter taste and none of the 3 coffee drinkers in this house like it. So unfortunate because no returns of course.

Great coffee but absurdly overpriced
This coffee tastes great. One of the smoothest, if not the smoothest pre made cold brews I've drank before. I usually drink it in a small glass black with a few ice cubes. It doesn't taste sweet or bitter. Just right. The convenience of the box with the tap is great. No mess. The only negative I have is the price. For the record I did not pay full price for this and I don't think anybody should. For the full price of close to $40, you could go to your local grocery store and buy 4x the amount of coffee. Sure it won't have the fancy tap but honestly the price they are asking is highway robbery. If they knocked the full price down to around $20, I would consider buying it again because it really is good coffee. Try it once if you really feel like splurging on something, otherwise just buy anything else.Small edit: I was contacted by customer support for this item and offered a refund as they saw I was unsatisfied. I appreciate the offer and them reaching out but ultimately my thoughts on the item stay the same.

Bitter? No. Bold? Yes!
I finally took a chance on this coffee for my iced coffee habit. So glad I did!!! I have been using a popular coffee concentrate and this is so much better. I use it for my iced coffee as previously stated, I add flavored creamer and ice and voila!! Coffee house level of deliciousness!! I love that I can taste the coffee after adding my creamer, other brands are not bold enough to do this. I HIGHLY recommend Wandering Bear coffee to anyone who loves a smooth bold taste for their coffee. Some people complain about a bitter taste but I have to disagree, this is fantastic! Also, I was afraid the spout would leak once I opened it. Nope, not at all!! Ten stars!!

Awesome! But…need flavored decaf!!
So, fulllll disclosure here, I am not a discerning coffee drinker, unless the coffee I’m drinking cannot be made better by 1/4 cup of creamer and two tablespoons of Stevia. Yes, I like my coffee basically white.I personally love this coffee. It’s expensive, for sure, but for $2.50/cup, if it stops me from buying lattes at the coffee shop and I buy one per month, I’d say it’s a better deal. It stays fresh for a long time, as I don’t drink coffee every day, so it lasts me most of the month.I think you just have to weigh the pros and cons for yourself. If you like straight black coffee, you may not love it (I’ve tried it straight black, and I thought it was gross, but again, I hate black coffee of any kind, so there you have it). If you are someone who buys really expensive coffee drinks every day and are trying to wean yourself off, it could be a good alternative. That said, they need to make flavored decaf! I’m really grateful that this is one of the very few companies that makes decaf cold brew, but I’d appreciate a wider variety of flavors in decaf (and I know I’m not the only one, based on comments on their social media accounts).Overall, I’d say—give it a try! It could be great!
