Rubbish product and service
Ordered a cajon(ns01)for my husband's birthday and got a damaged product. The body was broken as well as the adjusting knob, after that asked for a exchange and got completely wrong product(genZ series) with horrible sound, no sound of snare, it was nothing but a designer wooden stoolOverall build quality and sound is very bad. Never expected this from Gappu and never gonna buy again..very disappointed, ruined the special day for me, thank you

Adjuster liver is arrived broken
The media could not be loaded. The playing surface is a bit loose but that's ok. But this broken part is creating mess. I bought it for my upcoming birthday so I don't want to change it... But it is not upto the mark. Dissatisfied.

Very very worst brand.. pls read my summary review
Worst product for gappu in specification for origin it shows India and china.. my order was India .. i was eagerly expecting a lot from gappu Bt mainly it was an used product their were many scratches and bottom bush were literally gone like worst and all the corner were looked so much used worst experience pls never go for this brand .. mainly the tone and sound was not at all good and satisfying so pls don’t got this one

Great Sound
Gappu NS 01 cajon is awesome sounding, great bass & snare tone. I used specailly recording its helps a lot for my gig also.
