Love to sauté some mushrooms, beans & onions, add Raos vodka sauce & then cook the pasta right in the sauce with some added water. Texture is perfectly chewy & love the shape.

I was extremely pleased with the quality. I use imported Italian pastas because they use different wheat strains and they don’t spray their crops with Roundup. Second of all, the texture of this brands pasta is fantastic and has a great bite when cooked al dente. It goes on sale often and I recommend grabbing some when it’s on sale. It’s pricey.
