Absolutely NO Customer Service if you purchase yourself and install yourself..
If you plan on purchasing and installing yourself, forget about customer service. LTS will only give you Customer Service if you are a licensed installer. Extremely important.. The camera itself is good and easy to install. I had a few questions on the software side of it, getting it to view on my computer and setting up the IP address part. They continue to repeat themselves about me needing to be a licensed installer. UNBELIEVABLE
