Alone

This book is one of my favorites to read to my kids. I first saw about it in a TikTok reading and immediately jumped to buy it.This is a story about Earth and how she encounters every planet (and the sun) in our solar system as she desperately tries to make friends. Sadly for her, all turn her down because each one of them dislike something about her. Later, after something crashes into her she meets newly formed Moon and together the find friendship and happiness.The pictures and rhymes are above and beyond and i enjoy vocally reading aloud since its so fun, bonus points to mentions in the story about how Earth loves the things the others dislike her for and doesn't feel inclined to change about herself, I think this is an important lesson in the story as well as finding friends who like you for who you are.

Written very well. Love the message behind it! Pictures in this book are amazing and perfect to keep a childs attention. 10/10 recommended

Great little book about accepting yourself and not changing to make people like you. Short sentences on each page and wonderful artwork making it easy for my toddler to stay interested. Shipping was very quick
