Its Okay, but has some improvement areas
I didn't return the mount because it was good enough to keep and I wanted to get my new gear off the ground. However, there are a few things that could be improved that I felt was off a bit:1) The kit didn't come with all the parts that were indicated in the instructions. You cant assemble it as the instructions tell you because of this. I can understand why they stopped putting in the short parts for the front mounting, but they should include a fourth crossbar for better stability and additional hanging2) The design is just ok. when mounted the trunk sticks out 36 inches, which is more than it needs to be. It is actually about 9 inches away from the wall when mounted. This gap should be closed up a bit. At some point I may actually bend and cut the mount to do that.3) They need to include updated instructions with the mount. I had to go back to Amazon to find instructions on how to mount it, and those were still wrong (see issue#1) Just a few small changes and expectations would be better set, and it would be more customer friendly.

Sturdy
Product was easy to assemble and seems plenty sturdy with the 4 lag bolt sent with it. Attachment is smooth and easy and is set up for 16” on center stud walls.

Missing lag bolts
Easy to install based off of pictures on Amazon. The screws and washers were included BUT there were no lag bolts as indicated in the description. Also mounting holes look to be 16" on center but are actually off by about 1/4”. When mounting to the wall I'll have to squeeze it in a bit

No docking hardware.
Didn’t come with docking hardware. I had to be innovative. Looks and works great. NOW.
