Especially great for small hands.
I have tried 3 different products for this condition and this is by far my favorite. The fancier ones are just too complicated, also I do have a small hand and the fit is never right. After wearing this trainer for only an hour or so, my fingers were visibly straighter and not touching the other. When I took it off I was a little sore but I know I will improve.Remember it is not a brace, not meant for support in activity. It is a trainer, designed to gently guide your fingers to a correct anatomical position. Wear it at REST.I’m so glad I tried this funny “pickle-ball” paddle!

Finally! Straighter Fingers!
I've been a programmer and computer nerd for decades and found that my fingers curled much more than everyone I knew. I'm horrible when it comes to stretching so I figured - Why not have something stretch my fingers whole I sleep???Anyway that's what I use these for. I got a left and right version and I lightly strap my hands in. I don't use the wrist strap since it impedes putting it on or taking it off quickly. All in all I initially felt a little bit of a strain from having my fingers straightened for longer than normal so I acrually started using them while watching movies or shows to get my hands and arms used to them before using them for full nights at a time. There is so much less pressure on my hands and arms, specifically my fingers, forearms, and elbow.Incredible accessory that I recommend to many who want to experiment with straightening their fingers.

All good except for wrist
I’m happy with the finger placement in this mit but as we know, with finger so activity comes wrist spacticity, I wish this had section for wrist extension too. Typically when my fingers are extended and stretching, my wrist tries to curl so this paddle ends up digging into my wrist making it virtually impossible to wear comfortably

Helps with keeping fingers straight
My hands would go into a dust position at night and hard for me to straighten fingers. This has helped

Hard to get on and painful
As a 15-year post-stroke survivor, I still struggle with left-side spasticity. I bought this brace to help stretch my hand after receiving botox in my arm and fingers. It seemed sturdy but it was incredibly difficult to get on. Once it was on, I could only wear it for 5 minutes because it was so painful. Bite the bullet and buy a Saebo base. It's worth the cost in the long run.
