We have hard tile floors, so when my daughter was first starting to crawl, we got one of those alphabet foam mats. I spent countless hours every day putting the darn thing back together as she would rip it apart. We finally threw a rug over the top. I so wish I had found this mat back then. It is absolutely perfect! Our 3 month old is happy to lay on it and practice rolling. My daughter loves to jump on it and do somersaults.So far it is very durable and easy to clean. It is nice and cool to sit on. In Arizona, that is an extra added bonus.Honestly, if I could afford it, I would probably buy a bunch of these to cover my entire living room floor.

** update: after having this mat a few months I will be returning it and ordering another Play Care brand mat. This one never completely laid flat, is light so it moves around, and since it's not as thick/dense it's a lot harder to scrub clean.I wanted to review this mat as I own this one as well as the similar play care brand mat. We opted for this one for the neutral design to place in our living room. They are both similar in size, but this mat is lighter (less dense). This makes it a little "squishier" which is nice for crawling babies, but also makes it feel a little cheaper. I just received it so we will see how the quality compares with high use. We have two large dogs, a toddler and an almost crawling baby. We love these type of mats for ease of cleaning, how they hold up with dog claws, how they don't come apart like some mats, and how cushy they are for kids.

Perfect to play on! This is a great product for child and parent alike. This product is easy to set up and easy to clean! This is perfect for a home with hardwood floors. Now you can lay down with your child and not have the pain of a hardwood floor on your joints and body. This is thick enough to remove the pain of the floor and still allow for leaning and development of your child. This product is easy to stow away if you need to when having guests over. The texture and colors intrigue my child and they play with the mat as well. This is not too slippery so the child can still get grip to move around and learn to crawl and roll on it. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

This is my favorite place to stand in the house. I bought this as a play mat for my kid, and it works great. But really, I would recommend it to people without kids too.It has a less childish design on one side that looks pretty good and it seems to be really durable. I have an 18 month old, and 90lbs dog and a little jerk of a cat and the mat is still in almost perfect condition and I’ve had it for maybe 2 months now.

The quality of this mat is good, but one side of the mat does not completely lay flat so it’s easy to get trip over. ( it happened to us) ( and we have the mat for almost a month now). The other con is this mat slip all over my wood floor which post another dangerous hazard for us.I would have return it if it was free return. It’s definitely not worth the price I paid (in my opinion).

This is a great Play Mat! Firstly, the company is fantastic. I made a mistake ordering and they went above and beyond to help. But above all, we love the play mat. We got this mat because my twins started putting the edges of a puzzle mat into their mouths and we figured that's a choking hazard, so I went looking for something more safe. When I saw there was a play mat available that didn't look like it belonged in a daycare, it was a no-brainer. The mat actually looks good, which is pretty amazing. It's comfortable, super cushy, and easy to clean, not to mention a lot safer than the puzzle mat. Really, what else can you ask for in a play mat? The girls are loving it and so are we. :)

We've had the mat a few weeks now. It's very cute, soft and feels fairly durable. It doesn't lay flat, but we've put some rug sticky things under it to keep it stuck to our wood floor. Or robot vacuum can't get up on it, which is fine with us as it is easy to sweep/wipe off. Even though it doesn't lay completely flat, I am so glad I went with a mat like this instead of a typical fiber rug. It's so nice to just wipe it instead of worry about stains and smells!

Stylish, comfortable, quality product. Wanted something that would clean quickly and easily and provide cushion against my hardwood floors and this product delivered. Dog hair doesnt stick to it (major deal to me!!)!! Right amount of thickness to be comfortable and still pliable enough to move around or roll up and store with the reusable Velcro straps. Strong material resistant to gouging. GOOD stuff!
