This was one of the first products I tried when I came across this brand on Facebook. I really like that it's only 1 pill and it's easy to swallow. It's about the same size of a chewy Sweet Tart. Definitely feel like this probiotic has helped me stay regular and tame my stomach issues..I leave the bottle at work in my desk and I don't even have to refrigerate it.
