This product initially did not work as intended with my new note 8. After I reached out to EiZiTEK, they were very responsive and helpful. They initially said that the screen protector probably is not working due to the case that I have and offered to send a free replacement along with one of their branded cases that is known to work with their screen protectors or a half refund. I opted for the half refund but then I reached out again, wondering whether I may have installed the screen protector incorrectly because I noticed that the sensitivity was low and one of the corners was not adhered completely to the screen ( I could hear a sound when i press down and it would pop back out) - so I decided to ask if they could send a replacement AFTER I had already gotten a half refund because I really wanted this screen protector to work. EiZiTEK was very understanding and offered to send a free one right away the next morning. I received the new one and installed it with more precision this time and it works perfectly with my case! EiZiTEK provided excellent customer service and I can tell they really care about the customers. I am extremely pleased with their service.

Ordered 2 of these for 2 new Note 8s. One broke during installation but the other installed fine and had no issues. The one that broke felt thinner than the one that installed fine. I gave 5 stars because of the customer service. I contacted EiZiTEK first through amazon as they requested in their packaging. They responded back within an hour and offered a replacement or refund. I chose the replacement, they shipped it the next day and I had it 2 days later. The replacement installed without issue. The product works well, I have it installed with an Otterbox Commuter case it leaves a small gap between the case and the glass. So you could probably get the next size up with this case.

Had horrible experience when I tried to find a screen protector for my former Galaxy s7 edge as every cased popped the screen protector up. When I purchased my Note 8 I was surprised this screen cover came in s "fits with any case" option. It does just that but still protects all of the glass face of the phone. Love it!

I wanted a decently priced screen protector. The quality is very good so far. Touch sensitivity was not impacted, like other screen protectors I've had, and i like the smooth texture, just like the phone screen. I do wish that my screen protector extended to the full edges, however it does hug the edges nicely. There is a small gap on the edges and dirt gathers easily.

i dont recommend buying this protector..spend more for something better.. the sensitivity is significantly reduced.. and the it does not fit well on my galaxy note 8 phone... i only gave the second star for a spot on delivery..

it seemed like a really promising screen protector. it came in some great packaging and the product seemed like some decent quality. the application was pretty straight forward and easy to do. All seems good. However after a few weeks the screen protector being on my phone a crack appeared and continued to grow. this made no sense as the phone had not been dropped, squeezed, and experienced any trauma. Per the material in the packaging the company asks that you bring all issues to them directly, so I did so. After 4 days of no response I made the decision to finally review. Buy with caution, there are a lot of these types of products on the market so shop wisely.

Absolute junk. Fell off after 1 day and when it was on I couldn't type

Went through 2 of these in the past year. Love the item just wish it would last longer. The glue starts to wear on the top left,both times and leaves a nasty residue where you want to replace it.
