Dragon Ball Super - Dragon Stars Goku Figure (Series 2)

I bought these for my 8 yr old son and they are great. Most of the others I found were either models or $60+. I wanted to get something that he could actually play with and these figures definitely fit the bill. They have good articulation and are able to come apart without breaking and are easy to put back together. Overall, we are very happy with this product.

Great quality and detail, easily interchangeable hands.I plan to collect them all.

My son loved the action figure. Excellent figure to have if you are a dragon ball fan.

His legs break very easily, cheaply made.

Had to pay more for the Goku figure than the other 2 (Super Saiyan Vegeta and Frieza) but couldn’t get the final 3 figures in the UK so ordered from the USA. My son was over the moon to receive this for Christmas andhave the full collection in this series and finally be able to build the dragon. He takes his Goku figure everywhere with him, it arrived on time and well packaged with the other 2 figures.

Goku, from the recent Dragon Ball Super Stars toy line, is a decent figure. The figure has good articulation and comes with alternative hands, as well as the tail segment to Shenron. For about $20, this is a solid figure worth getting. I do have slight issues with the toy, however. First, the likeness is off. Goku looks like he scrunched up his face or is severly constipated. Second, a minor issue, but somewhat loose hip joints. I have included some pictures comparing the Super Star Goku to the Figuarts Goku and the Figure Rise God Goku. The new figure is slightly taller than the figuarts conterpart by a cm, though the Figure Rise is significantly taller than both the Super Stars and Figuarts figures. I've included pictures of the face sculpts (Figuarts, Figure Rise, then Super Stars) to compare how well they capture the character.In all, this is a decent figure. It feels more resilient than the Figuarts version (Which is more catered to collectors) so if you're thinking of buying this for kids, it should be fine (Though be warry of small parts).

These is the perfect collector item or toy for Dragon Ball fans. It was on my son's wish list and did not disappoint.
