I chose this after I had two Alphatronix units that both failed at the connection within 4 days. This product has performed perfectly and was a lower cost to boot. I have very happy with the unit after the first three weeks.

UPDATE...March 25, 2019Case suddenly quit charging! Feel like it should have lasted longer than a year but I did order another of the same thing. It’s easy to use and extends the life of my phone 2-3 times. Biggest con is the weight. It is pretty heavy and bulky but you get used to it and don’t notice much.UPDATE...Dec 21, 2018 Still going strong.My iPhone 7 battery would never last an entire day so I bought one if these. It really does work and a charge will last all day....and I'm in my phone constantly. The only downside, it is heavy. I'm used to it now and don't notice the weight...until I pick up someone else's phone and see how lightweight theirs is. The extra bulk and weight is worth the slight inconvenience. If mine breaks, I would order another right away. It was a much less expensive than like products.

Received this case this morning and did the 7 hour charge. I had a 50min drive tonight and used my navigation with the case attached and connected to a charger. When I arrived to my destination my phone battery life was a 69% and showing the battery was charging. The charger it was connected to was a 2.4amp connector. This battery cannot output what an 7plus requires and if my destination was longer my phone would have ran out of battery. There are a lot of other cases that can charge both the phone and itself without taking from the phone side. Even as I type this right now my phone is down to 67%. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Will be returning this.

Pros: Seems to hold a good amount of charge. Fits iPhone 7 Plus well. Uses lightning port for charging.Cons: There is one button on this battery case. It is used to check the charge level (displayed by number of LEDs) to turn charging on and turn charging off. The HUGE problem with this case: just a quick inadvertent press of this button starts your phone charging. To turn off charging, you must press and hold for approximately 4 seconds. The result is that the button is depressed and charging is initiated when not intentional or expected. This drains the case battery and results in a dead battery when you actually need to charge your iPhone.This case is also bulky and heavy.Was hoping for a lot more from the design even though it is a relatively inexpensive case.Would not buy again, would not recommend.UPDATE::: was contacted by the seller who apologized for my negative experience and offered a refund.

It’s a good product

I bought this phone case/battery about 4 months ago and it was amazing, with all the IPhone updates it really helped with battery life. It actually last 3 days when I pushed it. I only took the case off a few times and then a couple of days ago it started going crazy. When I turned it on it said charging, not charging, charging, not charging extra... so I called the manufacturer and he is sending me a replacement, no hassle no questions. Amazing customer service for a great product. Will repost if I discover any other news. Ps worst thing about this product is the weight, I got used to it pretty quick. I did drop my phone twice and thought it would break and it took it and protected my phone.

The battery case is larger and heavier than some but given the 7000mah rating it is perfectly understandable. The case adds to thickness of phone but does not add significantly to length like some cases. I get at least 48 hours on one complete charge. Very satisfied with product. Bonus was it came with a screen protector. Fits the IPhone 7 Plus perfectly. Works with standard lightning earbuds (I don’t need to use Bluetooth earbuds).
