We previously had a shag rug, and with animals and kids. It felt like we could never keep it clean. We bought this rug after everyone had the stomach flu and ruined the shag rug and let me tell you, this has been the best purchase. We have a three year old, a one year-old, a lab, and a cat and after a year+ this rug in our living room, it has remained stain free and still looks brand new. We did buy a carpet mat for underneath and that is a must. We clean it with folex, which I highly recommend and consider a must (just generally). But this is 1,000% worth the money. I was concerned the colors wouldn’t go, but I feel like it would go with almost any room.

Great rug, great quality. I purchased the “gold” one and the measurement is close to 6ft. It’s a beautiful rug and I got it to replace an old one. The design is hippie chic and good because I have a 3 year old and it’s in a high foot traffic area so the design is perfect to hide small spills or dirt. The rug doesn’t slide easily but also doesn’t have its own “gripping” on the bottom but a simple dollar tree run to get the rubber stuff you put in you cupboards works great. I cut a few pieces and put under the rug and it doesn’t move. I also set heavy cans of soup on the ends of the rug at night when we were going to bed to let sit all night with weight on it and took like 3 days to totally lay flat flat doing that. Only issue I have with the carpet is it is a little crooked like isn’t perfectly straight, one side looks a little more curved than the other but you can’t tell unless your analyzing it. Doesn’t matter to me because it’s pretty, prefect for what I needed, comfortable and great price. Also, you would not be able to throw this rug in a washer, you wouldn’t have to use a carpet cleaner machine because it’s heavy duty carpet. I would buy again. Came in protective plastic wrapping and did not have any smell. Highly recommend.

I love the colors in this rug!! It was just the subtle pop of color we needed in our family room! It pairs well with our gray- blue walls and gray sofas. My son's new puppy (!) has done his business on it a couple of times (so far) and this rug had cleaned right up with some cleaner and paper towels! It's not a thick rug, so a rug pad may be desired for comfort.

Beautiful, soft area rug. A little thin but that's what I was looking for. Does make it harder to lay flat, even with a pad. Nice pops of color, a little more than what I expected.

It is a thinner type of rug. That’s what I was looking for to replace my plush living room rugs. They were nice but too hard to keep really clean in this dessert climate with dogs and kids. These are so much easier to vacuum and a spill of water was so easy to get up. The corners laid down in less than 24 hours. I have 1/2 inch rug pads underneath which gives it a nice comfy feeling without having to worry about constantly cleaning and shampooing my plush rugs. So, although I do love a nice thick carpet or rug to sink your feet into, it’s just not a good fit for the busy areas of the house. These are perfect!

I bought this rug in 9 x 12, grey/gold after doing a lot of research online on similar rugs but especially on this product. I found that it is sold in various color combinations and with varying degrees of "fadedness." I also found that what appeared to be the same rug is available from several online platforms, although sometimes with a different name. With that being said, I decided on this rug because it seemed to be a good combination of gray, beige, yellow/gold, and blueish tones, which is what I have a mix of in my family room. I was looking for a rug with a distressed and somewhat faded pattern, and I'm pleased with what I ended up with. It was also the best price that I could find, and I was happy to order from Amazon (as a Prime customer and also since I've been happy with their return policy in the past).Here are some of the reasons I did not give this rug 5 stars:1) Size - the rug I received is not 9ft by 12ft; it is slightly smaller (by a 3-4 inches, at least on the 9ft end). In one of my photos, you'll see my a split-screen of my tape measure. The rug is A) not 9 ft wide, and B) clearly smaller than the 9x12 rug pad I bought. I was, of course, hoping for the opposite to be true (rug pad smaller than the actual rug), but that isn't the case. It's not a big deal to me personally, but thought it was worth mentioning. I double-checked the listing and couldn't find anything to suggest it would be smaller than the dimensions advertised.2) Needs a rug pad - as a new homeowner, I am not well-educated about buying rugs and was not previously aware of the need for a rug pad. I don't know if all rugs need a rug pad or if it's just dependent on how thin they are, but this one definitely does (at least when placed on hard surface floors). Just something extra to factor into the cost when you're planning.3) Stain & wear resistance, cleaning ability, etc. - I recently bought this rug, and the room it will ultimately be placed in is currently "under construction," so this rug is not actively being used. I've had it long enough to unroll it and get out *most* of the wrinkled parts that probably come with any rug that was rolled and wrapped tightly. So basically, I can't give this rug a rating for how well it holds up to regular use, cleaning, etc., because I haven't used it thoroughly yet. I don't feel comfortable giving it 5 stars if I haven't tested that aspect of it, but I didn't want to take off too many stars for that reason either, so I thought 4 stars was fair.Notes on the color: aside from quality, the reason I was most concerned about buying a rug online was because of the color. When I found this product (in its various versions) online, I felt like the same item looked so different in official product pictures versus people's reviews, etc. Not to mention that with so many color options, I couldn't tell if the photos I was looking at were even for the right rug. I hope you find my photos helpful when you're making your buying decision. I think the rug looks a bit more "white-washed" depending on the amount of light in the photo. You can even tell the difference in some of my pictures - one was taken after first being unrolled (you can see the ripples/wrinkles) and then the others were taken two weeks later. There is clearly some beige, light gray, darker gray, yellow/gold, dark blue-green, and pink in this rug. There are different areas of the rug that are more saturated with color and the pattern/design than others. My guess is that no two rugs are exactly the same but I have no idea if that's true.

This rug looks amazing. If you are 50/50 about it you should buy it. I have gotten so many compliments on it in only two days. 10 outta 10.

Love this carpet, the colours are vibrant and just right "distressed" look. Took a while to deliver but within the expected delivery time of 3 weeks. Very little "new carpet" smell once opened. Quite soft considering it's a low pile.

Wow seriously so impress , i have had a hard time finding a rug long enuf for my kitchen to match perfectly with my kitchen island that is really bigAnd look at it i was able to purchase two to match it perfectly, so impress !I will be returning for more 🙏

Es una alfombra, como presenta la medida, idónea para espacios largos como pasillos. No le doy las 5 estrellas porque creo que habría sido aun más linda con colores más intensos pero la realidad es que por el precio, me parece muy linda y con una calidad bastante aceptable. Estoy satisfecha con la compra. Algo que he notado por si es de valor para algún comprador potencial que tenga gatos en casa: no les interesa la alfombra para rascarla, lo que la protege. Sí se ponen encima y se acuestan pero no la lastiman, supongo que porque tiene poco pelo, es delgada en realidad. Esto me beneficia porque tengo otra con más espesor y no dejan de rascarla y lastimarla.
