Updated:The unit itself is a fair size (about the same as an iPhone 5) and weighs a good few pounds. It's good for throwing into a bag or something but not your pocket. It can charge my iPhone up twice before needed to be recharged itself again. The charge time for the unit is rather long though (about 17 hours) so plan ahead to keep it charged. I had purchased it for long flights just in case my seat did not have an outlet.Another issue I've had is that the cable that comes with the unit is not recognized by my apple devices and so they will not charge. Plugging in the normal apple supplied cable that I have works fine.The reason for 5 stars though, is that their customer service is excellent. After my unit went kaput on me, I contacted them and was instructed to send it in. They shipped out another one to me fairly soon after. They even worked with me in sorting out shipping issues as I had left the address that they had on file.

This portable charger works great, it holds a charge for a long time, i could often charge my phone twice every day from empty within 30 minutes and still not need to charge this bank for 3-4 days. The only reason that i put this review at a four was due to the fact that it is a little loud and its pretty big.

Amazing technology, been using it for a month and it charges my iPhone 4 quickly within 30 min to an hour, while using the phone. Charges about 1 bar every 60 sec. Average. Recharging the pack usually once a week.

I purchased the Maxway 12000 for my husband and he has used it several times already. It charges his iPhone very quickly and multiple times before needing to be recharged. It's great!

I have bought 2 of these and no issues at all.They last long and look great.They do get finger prints easily but that is only a cosmetic.

Excellent buy! it lasts a long time and can power up multiple devices before requiring a recharge. It doesn't seem to drain if left alone - so it carries its charge for a few days (so far) even if it isn't being used. It is relatively small and doesn't weigh too much. I took it on a flight to recharge a tablet on a long flight. Perfect carry on to accompany electronic gadgets.

IT'S HUGE AND HEAVYI LOVE IT BUT, EVERYTIME I USED IT, AND AFTER I FINISHED, THE BLUE LIGHT DOESN'T COMES OFFSO WEIRD
