Kleen Fabrics Acne Fighting Antimicrobial Pillowcase with PurThread Silver Technology, White, 1 Standard Pillowcase

My son has been struggling with Acne for a long time, and we have tried anything and everything! There are two products that we have found to be extremely helpful for his skin condition. The Kleen fabrics pillow cases which amazingly have improved his acne, and he has also been using the Nobel formula zinc soap we bought from Amazon.

Will this cure acne by itself? No. But it's certainly a useful tool in a multi-pronged approach. My face touches my pillow 7-10 hours a day, so I wanted to make sure my pillowcase was not contributing to my acne. My other acne fighting strategies do the heavy lifting, but this pillowcase gives me peace of mind that I'm not undoing that progress.

I have been struggling with adult acne for the last couple of years, and added this pillow case into my routine to see if it helped, and lo and behold it did! I legitimately think this pillow case has helped my skin. Just remember to change them about 2x a week! Has held up well after 2 washings so far.

I have yet to see any benefit from this pillowcase and wonder ‘did I just buy a regular $1 pillow case as a con’! I don’t really like the feel of it and it is slippery and comes off in the night. Bummed I kept it instead of returning

I was hoping this product would prevent acne bacteria from spreading while I sleep which then End up resulting in small pimples on my cheeks and chin that I sometimes get. I can’t say they it prevented much acne, to be honest. But I also get acne from hormonal flux. So, it is difficult to discern. It’s in my rotation of pillow cases now, either way. It’s a durable material which is good, and I can tell this pillow case will last at least a couple years.

I was not a fan of the pillow case at first because of the material. I have sensitive skin and I think it took some time for my skin to acclimate to the material. It definitely felt better after a wash. I recommend this pillow case, especially if you are acne prone. I was breaking out in the same spot on my cheek, on the side that I lay on and it wasn’t until a friend mentioned this pillow case that I realized part of my problem was my pillow case. I am also super OCD so I wash my bedding frequently and I was still breaking out. After five months and changing to this pillow case only, the acne has gone! I wash it twice a week and refuse to use another pillow case now.

Love this pillowcase. I used to change my pillowcase every 2 nights to ensure bacteria didn’t build up. With Kleen, I change once per week with my regular laundry cycle and haven’t had any breakouts. Well worth the price.
