Shoes are what I ordered but I paid $200 for them on Amazon only to find a Nordstrom rack tag on the inside of the shoes that say $98! Disappointed in that but shoes are great

husband very pleased, helps with knee pain during running. price point is worth it to save knees.

In May of 2022, we bought a pair of Hoka that we found to be comfortable. I ordered a 2nd pair for my husband for work only shoes. He travels for work alot so we wanted a nice pair that would exclusively be worn when he travels for work. Shoes were purchased in December of 2022 as a Christmas gift. The shoes stayed in the box and unworn until June 2024. While on travel, the shoes started to squeek. It was the most annoying sound. I've read the return policy and warranty of both Amazon and Hoka and I'm disappointed. Their policies only allow for returns or replacements after 1 year after date of purchase. In my situation, I'm outside of that date allowance but truly, the shoes were bought since we liked the style and wanted to ensure that we had a backup of that same style since we know how shoes can cycle out and new styles come out so often. These shoes were expensive, close to $200. We bought a 2nd pair with the notion that something in that price range would be something that would last and be reliable. Now I'm out the money and the shoes cannot be worn. Why, you ask! The squeeking from the shoes is loud and bad. Sounds like you are walking around farting. It's embarrassing and I'm dissatisfied that neither the seller (Amazon) or manufacturers (Hoka) will help to replace the shoes. When shoes cost that much, there should be exceptions to the policies. Definitely not pleased!

I have work Hoka's for some time. These were exactly what I wanted. These are made in Vietnam not the PRC.
