This product is absolutely fabulous. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I have a collie that I adore but bless her heart her fur is like Velcro; she tracks dirt and debris into the house and it winds up on my furniture. I didn't want to put something on the furniture that would scare her (like many of the sound devices) or zap her (like many training aids) because she is a rescue. This is a very humane way to keep her off the furniture. The paws are hard plastic but have no sharp edges and are larger than I had anticipated, which is great. They come in a set of 4; 2 are sufficient for a chair and 4 for a loveseat. I like it so much that I ordered another set. When I am ready to sit down, it's easy to just lift the protectors off the seat and set them on the floor or against the side table. I also like that it is made in the USA.

I have tried a lot of other ways to keep my dogs off the furniture. Since I have had this they have not even attempted it. They are also very convenient for storage purposes and use.

I have had these only a few days, but so far so good. Dogs are pretty smart, so I will be happy even if the dog does eventually learn his way around them. They are easy to lay out and easy to move aside (for us humans anyway) when I want to sit down. My main reservation is that the plates aren’t as large as I had hoped, but with just a little spacing they cover the front part of the couch and I prop pillows up behind, just incase Dog gets more motivated to find a way up.Attached image show my dog lying on the mattress I gave him on the floor instead of the couch. We are trying to prevent him injuring himself with jumping and this looks like a possible solution for keeping him off the couch as long as he doesn’t put his beagle brain to work on the problem.

leather couch + 5 dogs....this is low tech but they are as terrified of this product as they are a broom or vacuum cleaner. This WORKS!

Didnt work at all. Came down from my room in the morninf and this was on the floor and my dogs were on the couch, looking at me, like Really? You didn’t think we could figure this out?Ended up returning it and getting the static shock mat, works like a charm!

My dog would pull these off the couch at first. SOOOO frustrating. I have a baby on the way and want them to stay off the couch when we aren't home. We stuff them a little further back so they're wedged in tighter and he doesnt bother them now. The crappy part is that you have to buy two packs to get enough for the whole couch. They should sell them in packs of FIVE considering most people have a couch an a love seat. I refuse to buy a second pack. There's a permanent box on on of the chairs. ugh.

I love this product, I purchased it September 2022.... My dog has not been on my couch since, she hates those plastic things lol... in fact if I have a particular chair I don't want her on I move one there., she avoids that chair. Most importantly she stays off my couch, which is right near be a big window and she will not get on. She is tempted by what goes on outside BUT will not dare touch the couch. THE BEST FOR KEEPING DOG OFF FURNITURE!!! I use to have to wash my chair covers whenever anyone came over, now I jut take the plastic pieces off, ready for company. ;)

Tried to upload a pic but I kept receiving an error message.I wasn't sure at first about these. We only bought one package to test. I thought for sure that my dogs would figure out that these tiles only need a slight nudge to move out of the way but NOPE, they're deterred!The material feels slightly flimsy but none have broken yet- so crossing my fingers. We are ordering more to cover the rest of our couch. Since the material is clear plastic, they're not intrusive looking- unlike what it looked like before I ordered these tiles! MUCH BETTER!
