Number fluctuate- super inaccurate
I ordered this scale and returned it within a few days. The first time I weighed myself, it was correct with my old scale. The second time I weighed myself (within 3 minutes of the first weighing, just to make sure the scale worked well), it added 20 lbs to my weight. So, I moved the scale to another hardwood floor section of my home. The weight fluctuated again, by another 10 lbs. Then, I moved it to a tiled floor to see if the wood perhaps was causing the problem. Tile floor weight was also inaccurate. Once I picked it up from the tile floor (carefully, I'm familiar with scales and know you need to be delicate when you move them), the scale would no longer read 0.0 when placed down but read as 16 or 12 lbs no matter what. There is no 'tare' option either, so I couldn't reset the scale to zero. I couldn't find anything in the app settings for the scale to try and zero it out. I took the batteries out and put them back in and the scale still wouldn't read 0.

Best quality, price, setup and service imaginable.
I can’t imagine finding a higher quality scale for a better price. Accuracy was spot on with two other scales in my house. There wasn’t anything wrong with my old Greater Goods scale but the Bluetooth connection of this one appealed to me and for the price...why the heck not??? My husband and I have separate bathrooms so I gave my old one to him. I love that I don’t have to write down bmi, fat, muscle, water and bone quickly the way I did with the old one. It all goes straight to my phone and tablet and the set up could not have been easier. Love my new scale!P.S. I had another Greater Goods scale before I got the old one I just gave to my husband. Something glitched on it after I’d had it for about 18 months. Contacted GG and they sent me a new one at zero cost in two days. Painless.. No issues whatsoever with the replacement. It’s another reason I felt confident purchasing my newest scale. Greater Goods backs up their product.P.P.S. Greater Goods could not possibly fit their products into smaller shipping boxes. All three that I have received have been packed in boxes that are just a tiny bit wider and taller than the scale itself. Considering they are made of glass Amazon could learn a valuable lesson from this company. Kudos, GG!

Great set of smart scale features at a reasonable price.
I've waited a few weeks to write this review. This has given me time to thoroughly put this scale through the wringer, and all I can say is, "Color me impressed."I've used a popular brand-name smart scale for the last 6 or 7 years (at least), and have been quite happy with it. It's starting to see some age, though, and I found this Greater Goods scale as an affordable replacement. It does everything the previous $150 scale did, and it does it better and quicker, with the exception of one thing: automatic uploads of the scale measurement data over WiFi. However, the previous scale did not show me a breakdown of muscle mass, water, and fat percentages like this scale does, only weight and water mass.If I had any complaint about this smart scale, it would be that in order to upload my data into the Weight Gurus app, I have to have my phone on and app running before I step on the scale. It would be great if the app were updated to allow a portion to run in the background to capture the Bluetooth data transfer automatically, even when the phone is in standby in my pocket. Alternatively, if the scale had a memory to store x-number of readings that would all upload at once when I do remember to have the app open. But that's a small quibble, and not worth losing any stars over in my opinion. All said, this scale does more than the more expensive options do, but at an incredibly reasonable price.

Bluetooth Makes Tracking Easy
I just recently bought the Greater Goods Bluetooth smart scale. It is designed to be paired with the Weight Gurus app, which you download (iOS or Android) so that readings are transferred and stored there for you to review anytime. The measurements show not only actual weight (in pounds or metric) but also BMI, body fat, muscle mass, and water weight.Since I have already owned a scale made by this company, I already had the app, but the main thing that is different for me is that with Bluetooth I don’t have to enter the data manually. That was a daily ritual with me, not terribly tedious, but once you have the Bluetooth, you’ll never want to go back. The scale is smart looking and well-designed. I keep it in the box, and pull it out every morning to do my weigh in. Remember that if you store the scale off the floor, you must step on it lightly to calibrate every time you use it – no big deal, takes 3 seconds. Have your device out with the app open so that the scale will pair, and bingo, your reading is in your phone. Takes 3 or 4 seconds each time.I like this scale, with the caveat that I have only owned it for about a week. It is lighter than some scales I have met, and stores easily (keep the box, it is well designed). I think the app is very useful, although one feature that confused me a little at first was the pop-up box that told me in relative terms how much I was gaining or losing. I would prefer the hard data only. But the graphing display on the app is very easy to understand, and you can go back at least a couple of years if you want and read all your stats. In any case, for the price this is a very good quality scale and I am very happy with it.

Accurate and easy to use!
This is my second digital scale from greater goods. The first one I bought didn't have blu-tooth capabilities. To test the accuracy of the scales I weighted myself on both of them and I got the exact same weight back. The advantage of the blutooth one is the ability to easily track and record your progress. I love the app!! I had no issues installing it on my android phone (note 8) or using it. It's very simple yet comprehensive. It will graph your progress and in addition to your weight will also track other data like your body mass index. To make it work, you just open the app on your phone and then just weight yourself on the scale. The scale will communicate with your phone and the app will record your data. That's all! Only the fist time you install the app you'll be required to input some information about yourself, like age, gender and height.I love the value, quality, ease of use and style from this scale!
