The curve on the blades makes it easy to cut certain things, not so much for others. Guess that’s normal for knives. And the sharpening Steele isn’t roughed up, it’s smooth. So it doesn’t sharpen anything. I took sand paper to it and that seemed to help. Needs to be course paper though.
