Q: What are the length of the actual tips are these 4" or 5"?

The Heirloom set is the 5" needle tips.

Q: I'm confused, so does it come with FIXED CORDS? Some say it does, some say it doesn't

It now only comes with swivel cords. When it was first introduced it came with both fixed and swivel, but due to customer comments, they changed to swivel only. If there is a discrepancy in listings, that is due to Amazon only allowing the original seller to change it, and he or she has not done so.
