Not new and come with repackaged box. But I think if the screen protector is new and working is totally fine. But after I applied the second screen protector, I can see some scratches on it. So this repackaged box set was not new.

As others have stated there is not enough liquid in the tube to use it. I have previously used this type from another brand and loved it . They are great screen protectors. I tried this one as the other doesn't do it for fold. But you cannot use this one . The liquid isn't enough to cover even half the screen . To do this right and without making a mess and damaging your phone there needs to be the right amount of liquid. I also noticed the screen protector itself is too small/ not big enough to protect the screen you have a too big a gap right around the edge of the screen

Can be a little bit elaborated the installation process, but once on the screen is the best of the best...

Normally I wouldn't need to write a negative review about any of Whitestone's Dome Glass products, I've used them for years and have had No issues in the past. Unfortunately, the jig for the Galaxy fold 4 screen protector did not meet the normal high standards I've been accustomed to in the past.The phone moved around inside the jig slightly and in turn, when attaching the speaker masking film, it became fiddly to marry up correctly, this also caused leakage which I hope hasn't caused damage to my new phone.The biggest issue is the adhesive fluid quantity, all three tubes didn't seem to have enough liquid in them. This obviously led to not fully cover the screen when the screen protector was lowered into place. Using the second tube of adhesive once the screen protector had been lowered onto the screen for 30sec or more causes the screen to smudge and smear, in addition to kinking the protector, rendering it unusable. this was also the case when attempting to use the second protector.I'm frustrated, to say the least after contacting Whitestone regarding this matter and not having a response from them... what's more, being £40 out of pocket with no screen protection either...

I've used Whitestone protectors for many of my phones, except those with under screen fingerprint readers as I find they just don't work.It is a complicated and long winded install method but it's worth it in my opinion.Went on perfect first time. Just follow the instructions to the letter, watch the video and it is straightforward. At least it was for me.Thanks for listening.
