Great read for any current medical or dental practitioner or for the start up practitioner!
This is a great book and must read for the budding medical or dental professional who is thinking of opening up his or her own practice. It is also a great book for the existing practitioner who wants to evaluate his or her practice's strengths and weaknesses, what needs to be improved, or what needs to be tweaked to get to your practice where you want it to be!Most books on this topic are written by business consultants, office managers, or corporate execs but not this book! Not only was it written by a highly respected Maxillofacial Surgical Assistant who knows what it is like to be in the trenches along side the surgeons --but the author also has a personal experience to tell from her own battle with TMJ --and how it has affected her both personally and professionally throughout her career!
