Quick temporary repair
I've used three of these and they do seal if it's a clean small hole. Screw it in and countersink it about 1/16" below rubber surface for a groove repair, and a little deeper for a tread repair. They will get you to a tire shop so a more reliable repair can be done.

Got cause i have like 10 screws in my tires so tried these on 2 so far & worked good,Update: 1/30/24All work for length of tire life would highly recommend even used on few other friends cars that had flats from nails or screws.
