The media could not be loaded. This tent for the price is unbeatable. We ended up taking it out on a beach in Texas with a 10% chance of thunderstorms in the forecast. We got slammed at around 4am by probably one of the worst storms I've experienced. The wind whipped at us and beat on this thing for about an hour, the rain fly stayed attached and nothing broke, the only reason for the amount of rain making it in to the tent was because the wind was driving it under the rain fly. I expected to come out to no rain fly but everything stayed attached! Even the rods holding the windows open where on and in hindsight probably should have just slid the fly down to the base of those so it wouldnt have caught the wind as much. In real hindsight probably should have gotten out of the tent and went into the truck but by that point we were resigned to our fate. I highly recommend this tent. Looks great on the back of a gladiator and fits perfectly over the bed.

I took a chance on this tent since there zero reviews on it. I've been searching for a roof top tent for about a year and I knew at least I wanted a hard top instead of a soft top but alot of the top brands are well over $2500 and some nearing $4000. Thats definitely not the budget I want to fork out on a tent. At the time if writing this review it was selling for $1550 and now it looks like around $1700. Let me tell you about the quality of this tent. It is definitely top tier. Nothing about this tent is cheap. The hard cover is thick hard abs and has a carbon fiber look to it. The tent material feels like strong canvas. Similar to my bell tent but not nearly as thick. Very nice rain cover and lots of nice windows. There is a skylight as advertised as well. Opening the and closing the tent hasn't been as easy for me as it is in the video. I think it may take practice. Mainly because as you close it some of the tent likes to push out the side like if someone loosely packs a suitcase. I wish it had something to pull it in as you close the tent but that may be just something I need to adjust myself. Thus tent also doesn't have any led lights on the inside or outside of the tent but that isn't hard at all to install yourself. Overall I'm very happy with the tent. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the bolts and nuts they provide. The bolts are super long. Longer than they need to be and the nuts are not locking nuts. Nor is there loctite provided. For something that is going to mount to your car and be used every time you go camping I would thing they would provide a more secure mounting hardware. It was a very cheap and easy fix though. I went to ace hardware and picked up shorter bolts with matching lock nuts. I used blue locktite to secure them to my crossbars. It's not going anywhere now. If you don't want to spend $3000 on a roof top tent then don't hesitate. This is a very solid tent for the price.
