I was without Landline & DSL for 4 days after a drunk driver collided with a tree and caused a fire that melted the phone lines. My sister insisted that I buy a cell phone as a backup. I bought an additional memory card, too. Use the ... button to access menu items on the bottom left, and the arrow button to access menu items on the bottom right. The Easyfone uses the T-Mobile 4G network.I bought the Easyfone July 2023. The battery failed in December. After a series of emails with Easyfone support, I was mailed a new battery at no cost. I did not have to ship back the old battery, either.

This phone never was able to charge from the cradle. I had to charge directly, and it took many hours. The phone lost its charge without even being used. Again, taking hours to recharge.At one point I was able to use the phone, but calls were dropped. The features were wonky and would not always allow me to perform certain functions. ie: create a contact or speed dial. This took up a lot of time and caused frustration.So my summary is this - I am a technically savvy individual and it was difficult and sometimes impossible for me to set up and use this phone, causing major frustrations. This is being advertised as a phone suited for seniors? Well, this was never able to make it to my mom's hands in which it was intended. She does not need anything super techy or savvy like an iphone, but she certainly needs something that is dependable when she needs it.

I work with individuals with developmental disabilities and was helping a 70 year old client get set up with a free phone service. However, to use that service they would send out a SIM card to place in a phone. It is difficult to find an unlocked flip phone that will accommodate this type of SIM card. What I loved from the description is that they had an IMEI number so I could use that to go back to the website for the phone service and confirm it was compatible. I assisted my client in purchasing this through my prime account (as she didn't have one) and once received I set it up for her. It was super easy to set up and she learned to use it very quickly. I like the charging stand which allows her to charge it easily which she couldn't do with a standard plug in charge. I also love the lanard that it comes with as now we can have her ride medical transport services independently and ensure her phone doesn't get lost. All in all this phone has been fabulous and I highly recommend.

Other flip phones with 2 megapixel cameras cost half as much. If you are looking for a flip phone without need of a camera this one is for you. The other features of this phone make it quite attractive. Emergency one button calling and a simple layout among them. Since my Aunt will want to be able to take pictures, she is an artist, I returned it.

Is there a warranty on it? I can't seem to be able to contact the seller. for the past 6 month I keep having problems with the phone. Now I can't even call out. On it's own it stops working I have to turn it off and on to get it to work again. Can I replace or return it?Hannah

It is difficult for a 83 year old to make a phone call. This phone is not simple for seniors who has no technology knowledge.I had to return it.
