It is flimsy and cheap as has been noted in other reviews, and I wish I had heeded those reviews more! We didn't need it to be fancy. We needed it to be silent (as the product description alleges it is) and to tell the time. Well, this product fails on both counts. It ticks audibly, and the minute hand can't be set, and also doesn't move (but the ticking works!).To make things worse, I bought it ahead of time for a birthday that just came, so I gave what is essentially a broken clock as a gift, and it can't be returned because it is now outside the "return window." Guess I need to start buying my gifts somewhere other than Amazon...

This took forever to ship, and then died not too long later. By then, it'd been so long from the order date that the return window had passed. Complete waste of money.

Great clock. Light weight and quite. Perfect addition to the conference room.
