This genuinely works. I was having terrible sugar cravings for about a year and then I started taking this and sweet things suddenly were just...... not super appealing. Not only did I stop seeking them, but if they were offered to me, I didn't really want them enough to justify the calories. Whatever was causing the cravings went away. I’ve been taking this product for a month haven’t felt too much appetite suppressant results, hopefully another month or two.

I wasn't too impressed with this until I had been taking it for about a week. I take two when I wake up each day with water. I guess they have to build up in your system because today I ate some pizza and tried to drink some Dr. Pepper. The pizza didn't taste near as good as it normally does and the soda was not good at all! I normally stick to a zero or at least very low carb diet and only have junk like pizza and soda on occasion but my cravings get bad sometimes. With these though, I see that not being much of an issue anymore. I dont want sweets near as much now and knowing that they wont taste as good anyway will help me a lot also. I recommend, especially if you're a sugar addict like me.

So this helps my insulins levels tremendously, especially during my 16/8 intermittant fasting. I take two caps in the morning so I don't have hunger pangs and I feel "even" until it's time for me to eat. Works great.Sometimes I take my capsules when I travel, if I'm feeling snacking mood coming on...really keeps me from snacking.I don't eat sweets often because I've experienced sugar makes me insulin resistant. I take two caps BEFORE indulging...my once a month poison...Krispy Creme donut holes! It keeps my glucose levels low.Finally a product that actually does me good. I'm on my second bottle.
