Great lock
Dependable and sturdy. I’ve had mine for almost four years now and I haven’t had any issues. I only had to change the battery once.

Never carry a key again
Love this touch screen keypad, Easy to install in place of your existing door lock. Easy to program, everyone now gets their own code. Keep all codes the same for all your doors or use different codes for different access points. The price point is much cheaper than the Wifi ones so it was a better option for me, who did not need those options.

Looks great and works flawlessly
I originally bought one of these at Costco 6+ years ago. I liked it so much, I put on on the back door, too. They light up when you gently touch them (with the back of your hand!) and 5 buttons later, the door unlocks. The batteries have lasted almost 2 years in mine. You can't tell what my code is because it can't "wear into" the touchpad (unlike buttons). You can easily enter extra codes. I have mine set to auto-lock 30 seconds after I close the door. I've dealt with other brands of these at other people's homes and I like these so much more. I even bought two more for when I move this spring to put in the new house. My car has keyless entry and ignition, so now, I'm totally keyless!

Doesn't Support Yale Z-Wave Module
I've been using Yale digital lock products for years, and although they are somewhat pricey, they work very well, look nice, and are easy to install. My one big complaint about this model is that I purchased the Yale Z-Wave module to plug into it to enable it to connect to my smart home hub, but unfortunately, this lock does not have the socket on the circuit board where you can plug in the Z-Wave module. Every other Yale digital lock that I have purchased has this socket so that you can just buy the optional Z-Wave module and plug it in.Ironically, it has all of the pin connections, and these connections are labeled "Z-Wave" but they just didn't bother to solder on a socket. So, I wasted $40 on a Z wave module. Since this lock costs $80, you'd think Yale would just include that socket to allow people to upgrade. I'm not sure why they made this decision.

Easy to program
This was super easy to program and I’m very happy with it. I love the ability to code different numbers for different people. And the automatic relock function is great too.

Easy, Simple but worry about that touchscreen sensor
This product would be better with a push to turn on button than a touch screen in my opinion. The sensor could be a hassle since it stall once in a while.Over all this is a great and simple product. I like it because it doesnt have to go through the wifi which drained the battery fast.

This thing is cool.
Very cool, adds convenience to getting in and out of my front door. However the battery sent with the new kit lasted about 10 days.

Yes, with limitations.
Works good- just know it doesn't not connect to your phone. It's all manual. Also the instructions don't clarify that the metal inside the door is adjustable. Ordered another one just to realize the original one in the package was adjustable as well. Nice perk, poorly communicated.

Lock is Great ! Yale customer support SUCKS!!
The lock is easy to install and works great as long a the installer (ME) make certain to make the wire connector is completely clicked into place. Once tech support understood that placing the nine volt battery on the pins (It's how you get in with dead batteries, there no key), they said "Get a Locksmith" and call us after you are able to get the cover off the inside of the lock. I took the door off and found the loose connection. Oh yeah - Yale wouldn't pay for the locksmith. The lock cost $129.00, the locksmith wanted $135.00 to come and look.

product does not work- electrical connection defective, tried all sorts of angles for the wire attachment. unable to contact amazon's customer service for a refund or replacement either.

Canadian winter approved!
We’ve had this unit for approx 6 months and it’s been fantastic. We are still on the original battery, and it worked perfectly in -40. So, Canadians, you’re safe! It’s great for guests as well because you can give them their own code to get in.I’m picky (ha ha) and am very satisfied with our purchase!I watched a lot of reviews and the only warning I would give is to change the batteries as soon as it notifies you that they’re dying. We tried to test open it by putting the battery against the bottom but got no response, and my husband tried for a while. If you let it die you might be calling a locksmith, so save your money and have extra batteries on hand.
