Great camera. Have had mine for the past 4 months and war it whenever out for extended periods. Have had police ask about it also. Had an issue with the camera and had great customer service from the PowMax manufacturer (sent me a complete replacement - not necessary but appreciated). Would buy this again without hesitation. Will post a video later.

The camera function works fine so far but I cannot put in my ID number nor can I put in my agencies name. The CD that comes with the camera is in a Asian dialect and cannot be used on my computer. But so far the product works fine

Fantastic bit of kit comes as described. It will be going to work this weekend hopefully it lives up to what it has done since turning it on. Arrived quickly this will be used for door staff and other security tasking so far I'm very happy. It has audio video and still pictures was very easy to figure out am yet to hook up to the computer. I don't normally review but I felt I had to I will be buying more

The instruction manual isn’t very good I need a good instruction manual to tell me how to operate the POW max 16ww could you send me one I can understand so I can learn how to operate it manual that came with it is no good
