Overall I'm satisfied. The suction cup that's included was non-functional on any surface, but since the glass was broken on the bottom of the iphone, there was a decent gap to wedge a blade to lift up the screen. Everything now functions, TouchID works. I'm overall satisfied. There's great videos on Youtube and iFixit's site that show nice close-up step by step instructions. I didn't notice and hue that some others said. I can tell the difference between this screen and the original, but as far as brightness and colors go, its pretty spot on. There's a little bit more motion blur than I remember the OEM one having, but that's just me nit-picking. Very satisfied with this product. This company really knows their customer needs.-The company sent me a follow up email right after buying this screen to reassure me that they are available should I need any help. Which is super nice because replacing a smartphone screen can be intimidating for me. I once bought a screen from another seller and when I needed support they took really long to reply and that screen had really bad quality. However, this one is great:-They took the effort to translate the manual to English and offer really good advice and directions.-Good quality tools are included to replace the screen. So you don’t need anything else.-A magnetic pad with a map of the phone. So you can stay organized by laying down on the pad the screws you take off.-A screen protector is included so you can prevent cracking the glass of your new screen.-A 1-year warranty. Nice.Everything in the box is high quality.

While this had great preentation, amazing set of tools, easy to follow instructions, and a screen protector, it does not cover up the main problem with this. It just isn’t a good product. A soon as I powered my device on after installation, I noticed how the black was definitely more of a blue. My og screen was not oled, but this was a little resiculas. When I got to my home screen, I noticed how all of the colors were very washed out. The viewing angles sucked, the refresh rate and ghosting a lot worse. Even typing this paragraph was a struggle because you have to press harder in some areas just to get it to register. You loose 3D Touch too, something I use a lot. I can’t type fast like I used to either. I am forced to take my time with everything because the digitizer is just worse. I used to fly through typing my passcode, but now I have to slow it down so much. I even noticed the home button is loose, and my battery is a lot worse. I lost about 15 percent in just 10 minutes typing this.

Got this for my phone. Was installed properly but at first was so sensitive to touch that it would click into pages when I was trying to scroll through them if I left myFinger in one spot for too long (which my original screen didn’t do) that seemed to stop after a few days. Currently there are times the screen won’t respond to touch unless I lock then unlock the screen with the side button. Not too often but here and there.Still a great deal for a replacement screen. I’d buy again if I crack this one too

I have bought several replacement screens for my kids over the years but this was one of the worst. It seemed like a great deal, came very well packed with a screen protector. The screen itself was heavy and felt like the original. The only problem I had was with the tools, if you are going to replace a screen yourself save yourself the headache and buy a good tool kit. The kit that comes with the screens just isn't good enough. Overall the screen itself is a nice quality and shipping was fast and the customer service is outstanding.

Installation was what I would consider to be very easy. i have a history of working on minute projects with my hands though, and also with electronics and computers. If you are patient and have a well lit work space, you'll be all set. The screen itself does not respond quite as well to finger inputs as my original screen did. This is not enough to give it a negative review, since the visuals of the display seem to be on par. Just understand that your iPhone will never e as nice as it was the first day you bought it.

Pros: nice packaging and complete tool set; very handy holder magnet "screw map"; included a hard plastic screen protector, too.Cons: instruction manual has some language translation problems; home button Touch ID no longer works; erratic touch gesture performance.I can live without the TouchID (which may have been caused by me), but the erratic response to finger gestures is a huge negative. It literally requires me to keep switching between one finger and two fingers to scroll screen. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because there is a chance I caused damage/malfunction to home button during the install.UPDATE: Inexplicably, the TouchID now USUALLY works, And single finger scrolling USUALLY works. No idea how or why. Location and touch sensitivity precision is definitely imprecise, not OEM, so I will keep it at 2 star rating.

Well packaged. Just as described. Very well written instruction manual and magnetic template for keeping track of screws was awesome. Got the new screen and digitizer installed and at first the screen wouldn't turn on. I thought it was defective. Some other people on here complain that the screen doesn't work after install. I had to reinitilize my phone by plugging it in to the charger and holding the power button and home button down at the same time for 10 seconds. It fired right up. So before leaving a negative review, know what you are doing and try that first. I would buy again from this seller.
