Delicate, high quality, very fresh tasting olive oil
I actually thought I was ordering koroneiki olive oil, which this company also sells, but must have clicked on kolymvari oil instead! But I do thing it is a lovely, quality oil and would recommend it. Next time I'll try the koroneiki variety, and take care to click on the correct item.Well, it appears this is the koroneiki variety...but you can't find find this on the can's label Hmmnnnn....

My Favorite Olive Oil
Recently, I checked the freshness of olive oils in my local stores. After checking about 30 different brands, ALL of them were either past a year since harvest or had no harvest date. With this olive oil, you can check it's freshness, and you can taste the difference. We should all insist on olive oil that has not been sitting around forever going rancid. There are a few others on Amazon that meet this criteria, but this one is my favorite. Crazy, but you are probably going to find better quality oil here on line than at your typical boutique food shoppe.

There REALLY IS a Difference!
I FIRST bought this in Jan. 2020 - I never thought I could justify paying alot of money for Olive Oil - Maybe I didn't think I should spend that kind of money? Then I started using California Ranch - but as some of you probably know the hard way -they don't seem to make it from ONE area anymore - but from multiple areas in one bottle - I Even tried the California Ranch HIGHER Level oil - Arbequina - It's not good - SO - I said WTF! - and splurged for THIS one - and OMG!! - I will NEVER look back - THIS IS DELICIOUS - I can ACTUALLY taste it by itself - and it tastes smooth, no bad after taste - it's just DELICIOUS - I MAY even start liking salads now!! - On my SECOND purchase they included as a gift I guess - 6 high end tea bags - various flavors- HOW COOL WAS THAT!!I LOVE this Olive oil - YOU will as well!

It was good but..
The olive oil was fine but not much of a little spice in the back of my throat as I prefer in a really good oil. Was smooth and deep olive flavor but not grassy, fruity nor spicy . Just ok

Perfect Olive oil
This is the best Olive oil you could ever buy. Pure olive oil from one source Crete, nothing else mixed in. Perfect. Don't buy anything else

Quality olive oil
This oil has a light/clear taste and finished with a bit of a peppery note - something all good olive oils have in common. It's a thousand times better than the fake (cheaper) olive oils that line the supermarket shelves, and makes a wonderful gift for anyone who likes to cook. Besides drizzling it right from the tin, I had spices and herbs to add to its flavor so we can dip bread pieces into it. YUM!

Flavor
No flavor in this oil. 18 months old as delivered. I drink 2 tablespoons of olive oil twice a day. I tried this Ellora expensive oil that I won't drink but will probably use for cooking. Very disappointed

Stunning high quality product.
Amazing and great tasting high quality olive oil from Greece. I never tried it before, but now I am hooked. I do recommend it to anyone looking for unmatched quality and flavor olive oil, that can be traced to its origin.
