These help me get my daily intake of fiber and the price can't be beat either.

Loved this product, so much I was eating it like candy. (Don’t do that)! It works really good just as it is supposed to.

So it presents very poorly and I threw away the first one because I thought it was opened before I got it. Turns out it is just packaged VERY poorly.Product is actually good / effective. The flavor isn't terrific nor is it terrible. But for what it is, it is fine and I'm good with it. It helps me stay regular w/o gas which is lovely.

First I love the taste, and do not understand why people complain about them being gummy… like hello they say they’re gummies. Anyways I needed to add more fiber to help keep me regular and I noticed within a week this definitely did the trick. And I even more convinced it help with regular bowl movements since I’ve been out now for a week, and have had stomach issues again. Just waiting on my next order. And I obviously take other things for fiber intact not just solely this.

Product 5 stars, subscribe and save 2 stars. My husband and I love this product and have it on subscribe and save (to save a couple dollars) with delivery every two weeks. More often than not my scheduled delivery is delayed due to back order, but I can go and order immediately and have it delivered in a few days at full price. If you take a pro/prebiotic every day you would understand how this could be a bit detrimental to gut health!

It tastes nice but don’t exactly count on it to be loaded with fiber to help you go.

Like the gummies. However, you must take several.
