Very good alternative to sauerkraut from the cooler.

This sauerkraut was great on the hotdogs we made really tasty

I cook for 1 so having this small single serving size means zero waste. No chemicals either! Just cabbage and salt!

I needed a way to add more veggies to my diet since I am not a fan of raw, cold veggies. I decided to try this - did not like the flavor as-is then discovered by rising well & chopping finely I could add this cabbage to other foods like macaroni cheese & eat it while scarcely noticing the sour taste ! bingo - just what I needed ! So for me this is a valuable food - if you are not a kraut fan, try using it in other ways like me ! We are all different & it's no reflection on the maker if some don't like it - how can you possibly please everybody anyway ! A good buy for the value I say !!! Thank you kraut maker for a simple way to get those valuable additives in !!

We love sauerkraut but sometimes can’t use a full can for the two of us. Now we can eat just the right amount at one sitting. Could not find small can in stores. Thanks for making this item available.

I opened the case today (July) and noticed several cans were dented. I planned to use some for dinner and chose an intact can (not dented). Upon opening, the texture was odd, the taste was terrible (as if it was spoiled) and the texture was "mealy." I had to throw it away even before heating. Terrible! The worst sauerkraut experience I have ever had. I imagine it was spoiled. One could hardly bear to smell it, let alone eat it. If I'm brave enough to open another can, I may try another one; however, I really plan to throw them all away.

Sooo good. Right sized and delicious. No waste and so many uses.

I didn't catch on the can was small so the value was not there.
