I suffer from migraines and have found this to be very helpful. Very soft the coolness is around the forehead not just at the front. I keep mine in the fridge (in the bag) ready for an attack and really does help so comfortable fell asleep with it on! Would recommend

Fonctionne très bien quand j'ai très mal à la tête. Ça soulage.J'en ai acheté 2, tellement je peux pas attendre sans rien en attendant que le 1er refroidisse....Conseil: attendre 10 min quand on le sort du congélateur pour que ça ne soit pas trop froid quand même.
