Peter Thomas Roth Mega-Rich Intensive Anti-Aging Eye Creme, 0.76 Fl Oz

I really like this eye cream. It's very rich but not thick at all and not greasy. I use it during the day and at night before bed. No allergies or breakouts. No red or itchy eyes. It really softned the expression lines around my eyes. When I smile you see my wrinkles but when I'm serious you don't see them, which means skin around the eye area are deeply nourished and hydrated.Works well as a primer before applying eye concealer.I recomend it!

I'm a skincare fanatic, in my late-20s, and just starting to get my first fine lines around the eyes. I'm a huge fan of Peter Thomas Roth and use many products in the line. This eye cream is basic and no nonesense. I don't think it does anything miraculous but don't think any product would. It's very moisturizing, has the perfect amount of thickness, and doesn't cause any stinging or irritation. I'm able to smoothly apply makeup within 5 minutes of application without any sliding. I use this day and night and am satisfied with results. I've also used eye creams from Fresh, Kiehl's, Olay, Clinique, and Boots but like this the best.

As a skincare product junkie, I've tried way too many eye creams over the years. So far, my favorites have been  Clarins Super Restorative Total Eye Concentrate  and  Lancome Renergie Lift Multi-Action Eye-Lifting and Firming Eye Cream . I've also used some less expensive options such as  ROC Retinol Correxion Eye Cream  (didn't absorb well enough) and  Olay Professional Pro-X Eye Restoration Complex  (actually quite nice; although a bit "waxy").I've been happy with some of the other products in the Peter Thomas Roth skincare line; particularly  PTR Laser-Free Resurfacer with Dragon's Blood Complex  and  PTR Un-Wrinkle Night Cream ; but had not yet tried their eye creams. The PTR website refers to this anti-aging cellular eye cream as intensely hydrating with Firma-CELL-4(tm), added vitamins (A, C, E, and B5), and added anti-aging benefits to help reduce the visual severity of deep wrinkles and fine lines for younger looking skin. Their formula reportedly supports natural collagen production and elastin synthesis and goes beyond retinol to firm, smooth, and visibly lift the delicate eye area. The description and claims of this eye cream sounded good, so I decided to give it a try.While I believe the Clarins and Lancome eye creams will remain my favorites, I do love the consistency of this anti-aging cream from Peter Thomas Roth. It has a great texture and goes on very nicely. One of my biggest frustrations with some eye creams is that they either leave a heavy, greasy layer and so you're left with the difficulty of applying makeup to wet/gooey skin around the eyes...or else they seem to disappear and offer no emollient effect after the first 5-10 minutes. This PTR cellular eye cream works perfectly from that standpoint. It absorbs well without leaving a greasy coating; and yet, the emollient effect seems to last for quite a while.I do have one small complaint of this eye cream, though. While I'm always careful to not apply eye creams too closely to the actual eye, my first use of this product resulted in burning, watery eyes. It was almost like the reaction you'd get from peeling onions. I didn't feel that I got any of the cream in my eyes, but some ingredient definitely caused irritation. There is no detectable scent in the cream, so it shouldn't be from that. For that reason, I now apply this PTR product a bit further from the eye than I do with other eye creams. This is one of the best eye creams I have ever tried. It is rich and creamy but not heavy and it fully absorbs. For many years I have used Lancome and other top of the line products and this can easily compete with them. I was trying to find something of high quality for a little lower price. Sometimes on Amazon I can find it in the $45 range but other times it is $65 which is the regular retail and that makes it about the same price is Lancome's Renergie that I like so much. Definitely worth a try.

I started using ROC and loved it. I believe it was the retinal since I had been looking into this type of product. My niece told me that she was using the Peter Thomas Roth products and they had more retinal than anything that she had looked into. I followed her and have had much smoother, less brown spots that show, smaller lines (still have some!) and much smaller pores. Changing tothese products did not make my skin break out. I use the night cream (if you can only buy one product, this is it) and the eyecream in the morning. I have been using this product for 3 months and it shows. Good Luck.

I really like this eye cream due to its creamy texture. I usually buy this from Sephora at nearly double the price. When I saw this on Amazon for $33 I thought it was a steal so I purchased it right away. I received it yesterday and the plastic jar had multiple cracks so I was very unhappy. I believe it was cracked prior to shipping since it comes in a box and it was packed in a padded envelope. I had to return it since I do not feel comfortable using cream that’s been exposed in my eye area.

The skin around my eyes was extremely dry and the wrinkles looked pretty bad. I desperately needed a good, moisturizing product for wrinkles. This cream really has been working for me! I’ve noticed a big difference and even my mom said something when she saw me after not seeing me for awhile.

I have been using this eye cream for about 2 months and it seems to really work! I would highly recommend!
