More cute than effective if you're on the go
My intended purpose was to carry one in my purse, leave one at work, and maybe use em for travel. Compact and cute? You bet. Do they close? Just barely. I leave a little piece of tape on the one I leave in my purse because I feel certain that it would pop open if it wasn't in a tiny pocket. Does the inner compartment actually keep pills separate? Nope. Just nope.Maybe if they were more stationary, like leaving them at a partner's house or using them in an extended vacation, they would be better suited for that. If that's not you -- keep looking.

It could easily hold much
This pack of 4 containers worked well for what I wanted. I have one that holds three days worth of meds for my son and I. It could easily hold much, much more. I use the 3 others for other purposes since I hate having little things just floating around in my backpack. By removing the inside divider, one holds a couple flash drives, another hold my headphone and USB charger, and the 4th holds an extra pair of contacts in their packets. They stay closed well and the pills stay within the divided sections. Great price for great product!

Pills from all 4 sections will mix.
This box feels sturdy. It actually has a release mechanism to open the lid which should prevent any accidental spills. BUT, I placed a different media in each compartment and put it in my pocket. Less than an hour later I opened the box to take my med school out and found that the pills from all four sections had mixed. Unless you only take 1 med this is just a nice box but useless for multiple meds.

I had to put cardboard under the insert to prevent pills from moving from place to another.They should make it a tighter fit.

Storage but not organization
These are cute and inexpensive. When traveling I discovered the downside that the pills in each compartment will get mixed up with even light jostling. So it's good for carrying pills but not necessarily keeping them organized while moving around.

Nice size, fits larger pills like supplements. Wish the latch was a bit more secure, but overall, few complaints.

Effective
I was looking for something that has sections to hold several capsules. This does the job so beautifully. It's a small enough and somewhat thin container so it slides well into my purse or pocket. I use on container a day and schedule breakfast, mid morning, dinner evening.

Cute, sturdy, perfect for travel
I put my vitamins, daily medication and even some pain medicine, allergy medicine, and stomach medicine in my travel pack and it was small enough to easily fit in a small purse.
