After reading reviews on here, I wasn’t sure whether to buy or not. The negative reviews, talking about leaks from the chuck really put me off. Had it not been such a pain in the ass to attach the compressor air hose to the schrader tire valve, I wouldn’t have purchased.Trying to match up the threads on the air hose and tire valve, without cross threading was a problem. I had to top up all four tires, hence had four times the frustration. LOL I chose to undertake this task, during a dry spell and when there was plenty of natural light. In my experience the necessity to use a compressor comes when it’s pitch black and pissing down with rain, which makes attaching the compressor hose substantially more UUID’s You simply screw the chuck onto the compressor air hose and leave it there. To attach the chuck to the tire valve, just depress the lever on the chuck and then press the open end of the chuck firmly onto the tire valve (you may hear a hiss of air as you push). Keep pushing till the sound of escaping air stops and then release the chuck lever. That’s all there is to it! I have not found any problems with air leaking from the chuck, or the chuck coming off the valve etc, once the lever was released. Now use the compressor till the tire has reached the desired pressure. To release the air hose, just depress the chuck lever and pull the chuck off the valve.I can only say, this product works for me and makes my life substantially easier! No leaks, very cheap and enable very fast removal from valve stem with minimal pressure loss. Absolutely essential features for motorcycle and smaller volume tyres.

If you have a tyre inflator with a screw thread and hate the 10 seconds it takes to screw it onto the valve stem then this is the product for you!Seriously though, works perfectly. I added one to my compressor and gave the other to a friend and we are both happier for it!

Cheap made flimsy

My car has stupid wheel trims that make it nearly impossible to get the screw in end of the compressor tightened to the valve. With this it takes a second and very little sure escapes!!

Just screw the fitting into the air hose, permanently. Practice will teach you how to properly attach to a valve stem. I highly recommend this device.
