Has great water pressure an feels wonderful

Had this shower head for less than 2 months and it’s cracked and rusting. I’m not sure how since it’s not even the part that moves.

Overall the product is great. The instructions could have been a lot better. Like include some. I had to find them online.

This was a great buy for the price. However, when installed initially I had an issue with leakage with the handle. No problem, customer service was even better than the product. They responded quickly and shipped me a replacement that worked great. This product feels heavy duty and customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced on Amazon.

Better quality than I thought. Money well spent.

We bought this product in July and just had it installed and it has been working for about 3 weeks. A piece from the shower handle came off and I need the replacement part.

It’s awesome great buy

Initially had an issue with the threading of the set screw in the handle which the seller took care of by sending a replacement handle. Shower head size is great for a lot of coverage and is just like being out in the rain.
