these were useful
I was so glad I had got these after a recent bout of a 24 hour bug. Had kids who were using them and kept from having to change out the "grocery bags" that I typically would use for any kind of emesis. These were sturdy enough that each kid could twist the bag closed and nothing would spill. So thank goodness. It was an impulse buy for something for the car (for car sickness or motion sickness) but ended up being a greater help for a regular bug going around.I would suggest getting these even if you don't use them for a bit, always good to have on hand! I have already purchased another set and have it in my stash of go-to's.Definitely worth it!

g_d send....
of all the medical advances made, this is probably one of the top ten.....these little plastic bags means no more big awkward buckets or running to make the toilet in time...they're small which open into a long sac....covers mouth easily with no bending over as you wrench out your guts...also, if there is a projectile vomitor in your home, the bag contains it all...no more disgusting cleanup. when done, empty contents down the toilet and discard the bag OR rinse the bag out with hot antibacterial soapy water, let it dry and use again.....perfect for those with car sickness or ant type of motion sickness....

great for kids who get car sick!
If you're a parent with kids who get car sick, do yourself a favor and always have some in the car. This has saved me from so many car/car seat clean ups. Now my daughter knows to just reach into the pocket in front of her booster and grab it if she needs to.

Clever design - convenient and clean solution
These emesis bags are a very compact and clever solution. The bag is 15” long x 6” wide and is attached to a ring 5” in diameter. The ring has keyholes every 90 degrees so you can twist the bag and insert it in a keyhole to lock away the contents. The bags are well sealed and water-tight.The ring fits around your mouth and provides excellent coverage. The plastic ring is firm, yet has a little give so you can hold it against your cheeks. When you open the bag, it remains open all the way to the bottom. The top opening is wide enough that anything being expelled should stay in the bag and not soil clothes or furniture (or car seat backs). It should work equally well for young or older people to use. The only things I find odd is it has capacity lines written on the front of the bag, and the bag is transparent. I really don't want to see what or how much has filled the bag, but perhaps that is necessary for some medical situations.I like that you can lock off the contents and smell for later disposal if you are in a car. I think it's a little odd that they are not individually sealed since they touch the face, but I will put some in zip-top bags for carrying in my car. They only take up 5” x 1” of space, and they nest, so 6 together only take up 5” x 2” of space, so you can keep them just about anywhere an emesis bag would be necessary. I wish I had these years ago. They could have saved me from cleaning up many unfortunate messes from carsickness and tummy upsets.
