No stomach issues
I’m lactose intolerant, but even the few whey isolates out there still give me stomach discomfort, and pea protein unfortunately causes even more stomach discomfort than whey isolate. Also, vegetarian protein is less bang for your buck considering it’s a wholly worse protein source than whey. This stuff is phenomenal. Truly the only protein powder I’ve ever taken that has zero affect on my GI system. It’s got a unique taste which I have come to like as well. Highly recommended. It’s also a cool start up American company that I’m happy to give my money to!

Tasty
Being vegan, it has been hard to find a palatable protein powder. I was really excited to try this and glad I did. It's quite good. It does have a tiny bit of a fake sweetener aftertaste, but otherwise it's pretty subtle, has a pop of vanilla, and is really tasty. The consistency also ends up being on the thinner side, which is nice, because the texture doesn't feel like a milkshake or chalky the way other protein powders can, and keeps it from being too heavy or filling.

Serving size is inaccurate
This is delicious vegan protein powder that’s not too sweet at all and gives me none of the bloating that pea powder based proteins do, and I would love to give it five stars, but as another review pointed out, the serving size is NOT CORRECT on the bag and this is concerning in terms of quality control. 35g (the serving size) is not equivalent to 2 tablespoons even if you pack it into the spoon hard. I used a scale and 35g of product is 4 tablespoons. That means that whoever is using this product to get their daily protein needs met is only getting a half dose if they are following the package instructions.Manufacturer, get your stuff together! This should be reported to the FDA as an incorrect and potentially unsafe food label. It makes me wonder what else I have to worry about with this company and the claims on the label. Is it actually vegan, for instance? Are the macronutrient listings based on fact or just made up? PLEASE address this!

Used to be my favorite, stomach does not tolerate it any more
Taste is excellent! But unfortunately I immediately get cramps and bloating and something about this product doesn’t align with my stomach any more. I went through probably 6 bags before it was an issue. This last bag though, I have no doubt it’s not going to be my regular protein supplement any longer. I’m disappointed.

Awesome product!
This is a fantastic product. I'm excited to get the benefits from a protein powder with a stronger amino acid profile than I'm used to with vegan protein powders. This mixes so much better than other vegan protein powders. I don't need to use as much liquid to make this protein powder go down smooth. The chocolate flavor tastes really good. I use it both in smoothies with almond milk and bananas and alone with just water.

AVOID - Gives stomach aches
This protein powder gave me and another person in my family the worst stomach aches. It was so bad I had to take a day off of work. This has never happened to me with any other whey protein powder (I’ve tried a dozen and have never had this problem with any other whey protein)

Convenient, tasty and good for the planet.
I ordered two flavors, and my favorite was the chocolate one. I am not vegan or gluten-free, but I LOVE that this is made with animal-free dairy. I appreciate the science behind it, and the lower environmental impact is definitely a big plus for me. You can simply dissolve it with cold water or add it to your smoothies. I take it right after my morning workouts, and it keeps me feeling fuller for longer. Definitely a high-quality protein.

Can make you sick
I had high hopes for this vegan whey. New product, interesting chemistry, etc. I started off with a bag of chocolate and had a decent experience. It tastes about as good as any other powder with stevia--which for me is far too sweet for just mixing with water--but the quality of the protein was nonetheless encouraging. As I was finishing the first bag, I ordered five more, thinking this would be my go-to powder. And that's where my system hit a wall. After a couple of months of using the powder, one day I got incredibly nauseous a couple hours after drinking it. After determining that what made me sick must of been the powder, I tried it several more times--different flavors and from different bags, but have gotten the same result each time. The last time I tried it I only added a teaspoon to some oatmeal out of caution and curiosity, but again, hours later, I was totally sick. I have no dairy sensitivities or food allergies. This isn't an allergic reaction. Rather, and for whatever reason, my body has simply become intolerant to whatever is in this product. I've never gotten sick from other protein powders, vegan or whey, in the past. I've never once gotten food sickness. There's something different going on here and I have no idea what it is. So my only advice is this: if this product works for you, great, enjoy it. But beware that your body might not tolerate it for very long so perhaps don't invest too heavily in it at the outset until you're certain that your body handles it just fine. For me, my body handled it for about a couple months. But that was it.

Misleading nutrition data!
To get the quantity of protein they list on the nutrition box, you need to use *double* the amount of powder they say, as 2 tbsp is only around 16g of powder, not 32 like they list on the package. Meaning, to actually get the 20 or so grams of protein in your shake you're going to consume this product twice as fast, making its effective price double what you think.

Tastes amazing
When I saw Perfect Day were making ice cream using synthetic milk proteins I kept an eye out to see if they would make protein powder using this same technology. I wasn't disappointed, this stuff tastes fantastic.
