Tomorrow makes 3 weeks since I've had this thing on! 🤢 I really wanted to test the durability of this tape and I can honestly say, I have never been more impressed by something in my life. 😱 In the past I've purchased and tried so many different brands of scar tapes from low in to high in that have claimed to have strong adhesive, only to be let down. And when I say let down, I mean putting it on clean skin before bed and waking up with it in your hair (or worst) your boyfriends pillow. 🫣 I honestly have found scar tape in the weirdest of places and I forgot I put on because they would come off that fast. So my thing was always this? How can you claim to reduce the appearance of a scars when you don't even stay on long enough to make a difference? 🤔 But this tape is different, we spoke, and they listened! I'm so happy I finally found tape that stays on without me having to tiptoe around it. I put my lotion over it, I soak in the tub with it, I wash over it daily when I take my showers, I sweat and guess what? STILL THERE after 3 weeks! Whoever made this stuff is an A1, day 1, real one. 💌💋💕

I have been impressed, I asked my surgeon about using silicone tape and she said instead of leaving it on 24/7 to take it off once a day to shower ideally after exercise where you sweat under it order to avoid microorganisms growing between the tape and scar which makes sense to me, but of course if using post surgery follow what your doctor says not mine!!The adhesive is strong enough I get at least a week with removing and replacing the same strip before/after showers. I could probably get longer use even but it’s not that expensive and seem prudent to change.Silicone gel gives me a rash, this tape has been problem free so far (several weeks).

I used other strips. This one did cause some redness on my skin. As my stomach swelled it did pull apart on the speration lines. The ability to adjust the pieces is nice. It does the same job the more expensive strips did. My scar is much smoother and softened. Affordable option.

After using it for two weeks, my post-op scar is considerably less visible. Just need to keep applying it.

It definitely helps to minimize the keloid/scar tissue. My mastectomy scars are less raised now.
