Works well with BB cream
Everyone has been raving about the silicone sponges so I had to try them. I only use BB cream for my face. For liquid this works great. Not so sure about the results if I was using powder. I like how easy it is to wash it.

I received this as a gift from my friend. It's a very fresh idea to use silicone as makeup sponge. The texture is funny but it works well to blend liquid foundation. It really saves a lot of foundation because, obviously, it doesn't absorb any of it. I love the cute design.

What a waste.
Unfortunately, this just didn't do the job. This makeup sponge made me look cakeyyyy. It didn't blend anything at all. I'm sticking with my $2 Ulta Beauty Sponge.

A must have for makeup lovers
I am a lot more comfortable using this silicone sponge than usual sponges that soak up a lot of foundation as well as build up bacteria. It's pretty impressive that I only need 2 pumps of my foundation with this one, whereas with the beauty blender I use at least 5 pumps. A must have for makeup lovers.

I got this sponge as a beauty blender replacement. Does it live up to its hype? I think so. I use it for my BB cream mainly but yes the silicone doesn't absorb any of it, and that alone is quite helpful. It takes a bit more time to blend it in, but it works fine. It gives me a peace of mind because I know it's hygienic so I don't need to worry about bacteria building up in the sponge. A nice discovery!
