They replaced it with a new unit and it works great. Great screen resolution works well in full sun
Had a problem with the NAV system memory, it wouldn't hold settings. Sent a message to the address listed in the paperwork at 10:30 on Sunday night and had a response four minutes later. They replaced it with a new unit and it works great. Great screen resolution works well in full sun. Literally took 30 minutes to install. It really is plug and play.

Not as good as OEM
Supposed to be plug and play, but doesnt allow for the USB cable in the console on my Avalanche. I probably would've been better off with a good aftermarket unit and harness rather than paying more for this unit. Display and control definitely not like a factory unit and Onstar function isn't nearly as good as the GM receiver that I removed.

TIME CLOCK IS A BUGG.
Annoying TIME CLOCK. I would love to give 5 stars to this radio, it is truly plug and play. The sound quality difference is like nite and day with my factory radio which I thought sounded better when I upgraded my factory speakers. Needing Bluetooth and more volume is why I decided to upgrade to a new head unit. The navigation system is excellent. My only bugg is the time clock never stays set. It would always go back off about 2 to 3 hours back from the current time. Sure would like some tips on this bugg.then I will give it that 5th star. After reading some reviews of other brand factory plug and play units, the astrium gee unit seems to be in my opinion, a better unit. All my factory features, XM, amplified subwoofer, Onstar, steering wheel buttons, etc., works flawlessly. The installation is straightforward simple, my factory dash still looks factory. For the price of this radio, it would be nice if it had a startup logo screen you can set. Otherwise I would still recommend it. AWESOME SOUND!

Excellent product
I installed this unit about four months ago. on a 2013 Chevy Silverado 3500 with all the toys rear cam onstar, Sat Radio and rear monitor in about 1hr & 45 min.Installation was easy instruction are well documentedIt works like a charm great sound great picture great all around no regretsJBH Hialeah Fl.

Amazing!
I usually do not write reviews. I feel compelled to for 2 reasons. #1 the seller bent over backwards to make sure I got my shipment on time which was really appreciated. #2 this is truly a great head unit. literally plug and play. Bluetooth is great, steering wheel controls work, XM works, navigation is awesome, and most importantly to me, this retains a "factory look" as not to be a target for thieves.
