Perfect case! ...that price though!!
This case is literally perfect for this phone. It was well thought out and one of the best features is that they didn't store the S pen on the "spine" of the phone. This allows you to use the S pen with the phone flat on a surface...as it was designed to do. Yes, you can do it in your hand, but it's more convenient to do it on a surface but more importantly this case allows you to do either effectively. Also, storing the S pen on the spine could mean that you have to remove your phone case when you put it in your vehicle cradle mount...depending on model/style. This one does not. Additionally, the "asymmetrical" nature of the case because of where the S pen is mounted eases handling of the phone when you want to open it to full size. Overall, I am very content with the phone case but jeeeeeesh, $70?! That's a lot of money for a phone case. We're literally talking about plastic here and you don't have to be a genius to know that plastic is an inexpensive building material for most things. The last time I paid $70 or more for a case it was an OtterBox and that made sense. This is worth it in terms of fit and function but I think $50 would have been a much more reasonable price...not 70.

Level on flat surfaces when Z Fold is opened. S pen access and storage available.
There are several features of this Galaxy Z Fold 4 case that seem to work better, than other cases that might appear to provide greater protection, use, or connivence to the users.Although there may not be any hinge protection when the device is closed, I found that cases which do have a hinge protector do not allow the device to lay level when opened on a flat surface. Additionally, cases that have a hinge protector and have also integrate S pen storage with it, tend to make the device unbalanced when placed on a vertical wireless QI charging station which may affect the device charging ability. This case has also allowed for the application of a tempered glass screen protector on the front display without causing any adhesion concerns along the edges of the screen. As with most Galaxy Fold cases it does have slightly elevated edges to protect from potential screen scratches when place on a flat surface. The few times I have dropped my device on a hard surface, the fall was no greater than about 3 feet, and the case provided enough protection to the device against any screen or metal exterior damage. In my opinion a great case at a reasonable price, and proven protection and usage reliability.

Product quality
I bought this case one month ago and it's falling apart. The front cover never stuck to the phone as advertised. Because the case is so bulky, the side buttons are hard to use. But I let all of that go until today when the front broke off, and the top of the camera cover started braking off. This case, though it looks good, and holds the S pen , it is very flimsy.

Nice but can be improved
I love Spigen cases "usually", and this is one of the okay ones...Pros:1- Has an S-pen holder2- The S-pen holder is on the side thus a flat profile (easier to put in the pocket or car holder)3- Feels durable and sturdy4- Holds well without the stickers (not sure how it will hold if dropped without the stickers! but at least better than others that are very flimsy and get off just by touching it)5- I can add anything on the back as it's clear & flat, like stick a strap.Cons:1- No texture on the sides to help with gripping.2- Feels more plastic than rubber (still the heavy good kind of plastic)3- Adds some bulk (not really that much)4- Overpriced for what it is.... it doesn't feel like it's worth 70$.... I prefer Samsung original cases more as the quality of the materials feels much better.I wish if there is a case that has a place for the s-pen + and a strap to hold the phone securely

Not great and makes things hard to use fingerprint unlock
I had high hopes for this as the other Spigen case I had lasted a fair amount of time but it did not have the pen holder and this had the pen in the button side on the edge, not the hinge or back. Ones with the pen on the hinge so not mount well in the car mounts so this seemed better and did fit better. The problem is it impedes the use of the fingerprint scanner. You need to reach around the pen and partially open it to get it to unlock. To do it one handed for the index finger is impossible with the right hand and clumsy at best with the left. It also only lasted 2 months or so with the adhesive on the front piece and when it failed popped off the top edge of my glass screen protector. Junking this one and getting something else.

Honest review - pulling no punches
First thing's first, I like the idea of a thinner case. The Z-Fold is a relatively thick phone as it is (when folded), and a bulky case just adds to it. This brings me to this case. It's thin, yes. It fits, yes. The phone unfolds and folds without any impedance at all. That's the positive.I don't know how excited I am about the idea of double-sided adhesive to hold it on to my phone. The entire spine of my phone is exposed (no protection at the spine), which calls into question whether or not this case will offer any protection at all. There's no screen cover, so no protection there. If you want a kickstand for your phone, you'll need to add one.Overall, the case seems pretty basic and (for lack of a better term) not sturdy, apparently offering very little in the way of protection. I like the placement of the S-Pen holder, but I have big hands, and getting my thumb or finger on the fingerprint reader is going to take some getting used to. Here's my honest, unfiltered assessment:Appearance: ★★★★Ease of use: ★★★Protection: ★★Durability: ★★Overall Value: ★

Great case
Fits perfectly, super sturdy. The extra tape in case you ever decide to take it off is a great bonus. I always use spigen on my phones.
