No way it’s really cotton. Don’t know why it says “cotton” unless that’s become the new way to say “soft”. They are soft. I haven’t bothered to count them, or see if I have matching anything. I saw enough purples and blues to be okay. There are a fair number of NEON!! colored ones - so when I don’t care if they get lost, I use them. And despite the “toddler” label, they work just perfectly for adults whose hair is spider silk fine. Dollar stores used to have them by the handful. I’ll probably never need to buy these again.

I haven't hear any complaints, but with my experience I know the material longevity and because the material the fuz will be created, and tiny little stretchy fibers start to come out! So longevity isn't the greatest! But are nice for the time being, I love how they hold up the hair!Thankyou! Thankyou!

Thank goodness for 300 pcs because they are NOT reusable. After it’s used & stretched out, it’s the end of its life!

I will never have to buy another hair tie for my daughter again! The colors are bright and abundant. Great variety. Best of all, they don't pull her hair like the rubber kind do. If she's happy, I'm happy!

We purchase these hair ties or a version of them quite often for my littles. They love to pick the color and they don’t tear up their hair as much as other ties. This recent bag was primarily brown, neon yellow, neon orange, gray and other weird colors. Not really the best variety.
