How do you save a friend who is headed for the edge of a cliff?
The third volume of NTR Netsuzou Trap is very good with twists and turns as Yuma tries to figure out what motivates Hotaru and thinking about how her best friend is changing. Hotaru's grades are slipping, she's dating a guy who's a first magnitude jerk and Yuma learns that Hotaru has a job, the sort of which would not get parental approval. Yuma figures she's going to have to do what she's done since they were young girls and find a way to protect Hotaru. The problem is that she's up against more than playground bullies now. This volume captures the anguish of being the friend of someone who is making terrible choices and not knowing what to do. I think there is good contrast between Yuma, a good person but very uncertain how to deal with the issues in her life and Hotaru, who fancies that she knows what she's doing but whose self-confidence blinds her to the dangers she's walking into and the pain that she causes. It will be very interesting to see how all this works out.

Three way, or no way
After the break up with her boyfriend, and being photoed by Hotaru's boyfriend, Yuma's life is spiraling out of control. But she does not have long to think as their third year is starting and she is in the same class as Takeda and Hotaru. But Hotaru, is acting even more strangely, avoiding her and not even talking as much. Does she have a secret that even Yuma cannot understand, or will things boil over and explode, exposing all the secrets that they are hiding? This is the beginning of the end, as Yuma tries to figure out not only her future, but also her feelings. Also there are reminders why we want Fujiwara to get his comeuppance. But however it ends, I will say I cannot wait until February for the final issue (though I hope the anime covers it).

So far.....so far.......
I'm reviewing these as I'm reading them. I haven't read 4 yet.Uummmmm.............. Full disclosure.......... I was about a quarter of the way through this book when I realized I had seen the anime a WHILE AGO......The fact that it took me 2 1/4 volumes of the manga to jog my memory and I STILL can't really remember what happens says it all........Through 3 books, this is a story without surprises. No twists or turns. As things occur in the story you think to yourself, "I bet this happens next" and, sure enough, that's exactly what happens as if by script. The sad thing is I think the author is trying to be edgy and a little controversial and misses it by a mile.Maybe I'm just too old to read this. The rating on this book is, "OLDER TEEN 16+"..............I'd say it's more like, "OLDER TEEN 16-18 tops"

Good art, when its there
Good art, when its there. Unfortunately, there is a lot of filler. A lot of quickshade to fill up space. The story suffers, grinding along at a pace that has made it difficult to keep going with the series. Bought Vol. 3 and 4 together. Don't think I'll be purchasing Vol. 5If you really liked Citrus (which brought me to NTR) you might find this offering disappointing. Reading NTR just underscores how good Citrus really is.

Read in one night
Could not wait to receive this because I liked reading the other volumes. I read it in one night and cannot wait to read the next one. I also like the fact that this manga is now an Anime. I have read various Yuri manga before like Girl Friends and I want to read loads more. This is my favorite manga followed by the rest of the Yuri manga I have read.

Full on love between two girls
Full on love between two girls, yet holds this dark side to the story. which is great because it goes into things that many people hide or might avoid it goes into how people you think you know so well may have a secret or a whole other side to them. I look forward to each book

Hotter than my stove
Bro, where do I even begin with this yuri manga? For real though, not my cup a tea but when I read this I was like holy snap these girls be wildin'. I don't know where to begin with this manga, I thought it was gonna be a Citrus ripoff but really, Citrus should lay to rest and retire cuz NTR knows whats good with my money and my pants (gotta have the lotion on the side) No lies, I know this is a manga review but the anime is way too short like why 9 mins? I can't bust a nut, heck not even half a nut with 9 mins, who takes nine minutes to bust a nut in these things. 8/10 cuz the anime studio be trippin' making it 12 eps and 9 mins each. That Blu Ray better have that uncut material to make up for it, you better not make the Blu Ray 9 mins as well. Manga is very nice though with the purple and pink :)

Incrivel
Eu adorei, queria muito ter esse mangá, infelizmente aqui no Brasil é praticamente impossível dele ser lançado em português, então quem gosta de Yuri, com NTR, e sabe inglês, não se arrependera de comprar, eu não me arrependi!
